- Disney's DISENCHANTED Best Scenes and commentary!!! (watch the normal version without my thoughts ONLY on Disney Plus!). This was such a nice and magical movie with a very EMOTIONAL ENDING but still staying in the Disney formula which is predictable but hey it works lol! I loved the cool spin on this sequel to "Enchanted" by making Giselle the EVIL STEPMOTHER which Amy Adams played seamlessly, even switching between the two personalities, like Oscar Isaac did in Moon Knight or Gollum in Lord of the Rings! I love the Love Power song by Idina Menzel btw, reminds me of LET IT GO from "Frozen" another movie i love!! :)

What a MAGICAL movie!! Amy Adams just breathes that Disney Princess vibe and she nailed the Evil Stepmother twist too!!! The music was good, a standout was Idina Menzel's "Love Power" at 6:50, well that was really the only song I cared for in the movie but it was super nice! There are scenes that are really relatable,I don't know about everyone but sometimes we need a person like "Giselle" in our life,a friend or special someone who doesn't want anything from us but happiness.
I'm pretty sure alot are there. The problem mostly on "what kind of happy for you" that can help. Like some parents may think being doctor/ businessman is a much better job profitable, then there are a gang friends who wants us to behave like them, or smiley junkfood commercial that offers unhealthy snack "happiness", not even to mention sometimes what we want may not be what we need (like instead of saving money, we buy useless things that only add more mess of our room).

and one who might just be an evil stepmother... sometimes... but just sometimes
When the daughter angrily declared that Giselle was "not my mother".... I _felt_ that. 💔
WHY would you say such a thing except as a quick cheap-shot and devastating way in which to needlessly hurt the person? I'm not a step parent, but reading through the many Reddit posts and forums about them, it seems like steps _just can't win._ If they treat the children "as their own" they are accused of trying to "take the _REAL_ parent's place." If they keep a polite (emotional) distance between themselves and the kids they are then accused of "not accepting them." It just seems like a big ball of endless, unnecessary pain and heartache.
giselle isn't her real mother of course. I have always wondered though who morgans real mother is
What baffles me is that Morgan really like Giselle when she was younger, so after so much years why is her attitude so bad, teenager or not
@@ellevictor474 i think in morgan’s case is that children will tell her all of these things but she disregards them but didn’t realize that she took it in her heart so when she was really angry, she blurted it out.

@@ellevictor474 It's the puberty/hormones. I was a good kid and very close with my mom, but I went through an "attitude" phase too.
I never knew for once that Giselle would turn evil after she wished the world would be just like hers. It's an unbelievable twist! Well even though I've seen the movie "Enchanted" maybe once or twice, I still think this could be great sequel for anyone who know about this movie from 15 years. I was only very young boy back then.
I kinda understand the plot part without watching the movie? Ok so each character has a similarity to a fairytale character & whilst you'd think Giselle would just go back to being a damsel or princess, becouse she's a stepmother it kinda makes sence. You never hear of good stepmothers in fairytales only the evil ones so in a way, it turns her into the closest character from the fairytale. Same with the dad, he became a prince becouse his love for Giselle & his daughter are stronger than anything, which makes him a prince & Morgan being a princess becouse she's young, beautiful & pure of heart just like a princess
I love how they were able to make the transition from Andalasia to the real world so seamless. It was so magical! I loved this movie :)

I like the part where she asked who is the powerful of them all, and it showed Giselle and then the other lady said" we said the powerful not the prettiest😂
Ruby's character is most known for her role as Emma Pillsbury in the teen musical series Glee. totally agree with every caption there... yes i also smiled when Morgan call her mom, and i also felt my broken heart when called her stepmother. Imho this was a full disney princess reference movie, just like Enchanted, but i was so great to watch, and every aspect of the storty was catchy and nostalgic. My favourite escenes were battle dance, magic battle, gollum reference, and Idina's theme...
This movie was such a beautiful Disney experience I really loved it ;(

It has been a long time since I've seen Enchanted and I am surprised there is a sequel.
The Harry Potter references!!! I thought I was the only one who caught them with how the wand is behaving and the birds bahahaha
Also they sneaked Anastasia into it with breaking the wand under the heel.
Awesome video! Like everyone already said, the first one is such a masterpiece, it can never been topped. But this has an own charm to it. And finally seeing 2D from Disney again made it totally worth it

Nice Giselle pushing her down the well to send her to Andalasia, was a clever bit of strategy, because Giselle knew that a push down the well is the sort of thing that an evil step mother would do, Giselle wouldn't be fighting against herself in order to do it. A classic bit of agreeing with the Villain in order to subvert them later.
Not to mention, she learned this trick from her almost step mother
That's sort of what happened with her in the first film, remember?
also have you guys noticed how similar it was to wandavision? a red haired girl comes into a new town, wants to change it? changes it with magic. finds an opponunent that also have magic.
Yesss your right! And everyone kind of changed and acted different as a result of the wish!
The antagonist has purple magic and to Westview it's differently a villain vs villain scenario.

And guess what american chavezes name means translated. It means American Key. And isn't Morgan from a City called New York. One of the most american cities ever!!! Film theorieeeeee
I love the plot twist of "stepmother in fairy tale".. but the story started slow and suddenly started to rush things out?? Love the enchanted more than this but still gonna rewatch disenchanted back in a month or two to see how thing goes
I really liked this sequel not as good as the first but still loved it!
i think it was missing the city charm that made the first one so iconic.

i love Disenchanted and i’m so sad that a lot of people felt like it was a miss. now ik it’s not on par with its successor ofc but it’s a beautiful mess and I LOVE IT. the outfits? AMAZING. i literally want Wicked Giselle’s red vine dress so bad 😭 the songs? there was definitely a lot more than Enchanted and i have to say, “Badder” and “Love Power” carry the soundtrack on their backs! there were quite a bit of flaws but idgaf bc it’s charming on its own. like it’s better than most sequels done (looking at you, shrek 3)
I wonder if people felt the stuff in the first film was missing from the second film. That usually is the case.
I dont care wat anyone says I enjoyed this movie far more than the first I guess its because In a ouat fan. It was fun seeing Giselle become evil. She did it so well.

Loved this movie so much, I've already watched it 6 times and memorized two songs. Amy Adams is SOOOOOO good as a princess, villain and stepmother character, and watching her do the back and forth between Giselle and Stepmother was incredible. I'd be scared as fk if I saw that in person.
I feel like Disney milks Idina though..... Good. Her performance and vocals were to die for. REALLY wanna see a duet with her and Amy though.
Do you think asking for Book Three to see how the tiny tot fares as a child of both the 2D and 3D universe is asking too much or.....
Personally I liked that Rachel Covey [ Morgan's original actress ] made a small cameo , Gabriela Baddachino looked like Morgan but the first actress never forgets

The actress who played Ruby was in Glee. If you've seen the movie, Red Eye with Rachel McAdams, she played Celia, Racel McAdams' assistant. She was a redhead then.

yeah! she could have been back with her biological mother and then that would mean Giselle might never have become Morgans step mother
ik she could’ve just wished for everything to be back to normal but i guess that’s how they wanted Morgan to “accept” Giselle as her real mother
I was thinking that too. Like, it could have gone so wrong. But, it showed how she finally accepted Giselle as her true mother without any of her past insecurities clouding her emotions anymore.
