The things that happen when women unite... Precious memories! Their bond as colleagues, teammates and black women is inspiring so many young girls. I loved every bit of this! Thank you for sharing the legacy of the Dolls! Happy 50th!
Man!!!!!! Loved how the current team ended classic and high energy and took it back to the beginning. You could hardly tell them apart. I don't know who the artistic director is but they know how to put on a show. Call them boring call them what you want because they don't do the typical (not that they can't) but it is obvious that these women learn dance something as a part of this organization that stays with you for a lifetime. It is evident. No other compares I'm convinced.

I have ZERO affiliation with SU, but my heart was so full of nostalgia seeing each era of Dolls perform with so much energy and excitement. I can only imagine the level of legacy pride one would have to celebrate this 50th year anniversary. 💙💛💙💛💙💛

WOW!!!!! This left me speechless as well. It actually left me wanting to see more of every single group. This was put together very well. I enjoyed every choreo and every outfit. Loved the current dolls hair. Very smart to do a bun!!! Set you all apart.

50 years of nothing but beautiful and talented women, this was extremely nice without any flaws at all, it would be very selfish to single out or name a particular doll that did great when the entire show was awesome, every single one of them did outstanding. Congrats and Happy 50th Dolls!!!!!

Can someone explain the eras lol heck all of them LOOK young and good ! I assume the ones that performed to MJ are the 80s dolls the ones after 90s and the. 2000s and 2010s
I thought they started with 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s, current
I think they started with their crab year. For example Sea, 2009, was with the 2000s group because her class was the last class of that decade, and April, 2010, started off that decade so she danced with 12-15.
They group them by what year they crabbed. And they started from the 70's

Technically yeah since she crabbed 04, but I think she chose to dance w/ the 90s

@@ljones5181 The dolls style did not start changing until 06 when B Beal was captain. Akai is a Greggs doll. B Beal and Airee are too but they danced more of their time as Jackson's dolls and as well they were the evolution of the team.
Akai nor the captain from her crab season danced with the 2000s Doll group... The early 2000s Doll lines were small lines of only 5-6 Dolls... The number increased in 2006.

Dark blue-70's aqua&gold 80's all teal 90's blue&leopard 2000-2009 gold and leopard 2010-2018 the last group are current.
I only saw 9 of the current Dolls on the field - but there are 10 in the stands. Who didn't perform on the field?
