Bought a dozen of the Chrome Tour because I liked the TruTrack soccer ball design in yellow. Couldn't hit them worth a darn so now they're on putting practice duty. I couldn't hit the Chrome Soft X LS either or Hex Tour from way back in the day. Those looked sweet but went nowhere. Guess it just wasn't meant to be and not all tour major-winning equipment fits the rest of us.
Yes of course Cam Smith doesn’t practice nor does Jon Rahm. Smith is always fishing. Once they went to LIV they lost all competitiveness in them. Idiot comments. Nevermind golf is hard and majors are more difficult.
Not all tour pros are the same. Some need to play in regular events and grind it out to sharpen their skills. Schedule and travel help them out, different distractions being around other players that are grinding or players that are hot can help their game. Playing pseudo scrambles in LIV isn't for everyone. Most PGA tour players have been grinding hard for years even as juniors then all of a sudden they only play once every 3 weeks. So no these comments are not idiotic and do hold water 💦
@@mitchy7051 Jon Rahm hasn’t finished outside the top 10 on LIV this year, now has a win and a T7 at The Open. Not bad for playing ….”pseudo scrambles?” That is just plain ridiculous.
Chrome Tour is legit! Love when the hole crew is in the pod, but when uncle Gene is the solo copilot it’s a must watch!
