► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
100g walnuts
fry for a few minutes
1 can condensed milk (~380 g)
Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until thickened
Allow the mixture to cool slightly so you don't burn your fingers
form small candies
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
150-180g chocolate
Melt in a water bath (or in the microwave).
20 ml sunflower oil
~ 20 g nuts (any)
Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes

300g flour
4 tablespoons sugar
10g baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa
120g some softened butter
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
knead soft dough
wrap in cling film
Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes
500 g of cottage cheese
~200g condensed milk
3 eggs
10 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
grind until smooth
40g starch
mix well
Roll out the dough into a shape with a diameter of 22-25 cm + sides
Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C

~ 20 g cream
Warm up
Add a little more warm cream if necessary
