Love what you found. Would have loved to seen the balcony. The rooftop with the dome was definitely a plus including the sauna. I would be practically living in that geodome especially in the winter time to get my vitamin D. ❤ You are very fortunate at such a young age to own a place like this. I find that Brooklyn has more of a home town feel with apartments that have character.
Omg that first apt I used to rent with my boyfriend. The walls are filled with black mold and it made me super sick, still recovering over a year later. Good choice!! 🫡

Personally for me -- Better and quicker control. You can adjust the temps immediately and have a "visual" of where it is, while with electric it can take time to cool down or heat up and not as easy to monitor.

She's right. Hurricane Ida flooded parts of the city so badly that 14 New Yorkers died as a result, several of which died by drowning in their basement aparments, many of which were illegal apartment conversions. Now with heavy enough rain the subways flood, so she's smart to take flooding into account because its only going to get worse as climate change continues.
