I know its a lot of work but if you have it on hand: Can you provide a download for the sheet music? I would like to try and learn this song but I cant do it from these tutorials :/
Unfortunately I don't have the sheet music since I've played it by ear, but I can upload the midi format and midi formats can be converted to sheet music, although I am not sure if they are reliable. I'm uplaoding the midi file now, you will be able to find it in 5 min. I hope it would help!
