Can I ask you , for a relative not myself of course I am just 30 lol , but you say it is best for younger people aged 45 to 55 , how about a female who is 59 , who has had a full facelift necklift and upper eye lift about 8 or 10 years ago now, and there face still looks fantastic in my opinion but there are some nose to mouth folds and extremely minimal jowels , my relative is determined to have another full lift but I believe this will make her face too thin and gaunt looking , would a MACS FACELIFT be a good option for an older female who has already had a very successful facelift 10 years ago and is only starting to show signs of the areas the MAC lift will help ?

Hi, thanks for your question. It is hard to tell without seeing the patient in person but I don't think a MACS facelift would give the desired results. It may be worth looking into facial fillers if the nose to mouth folds and jowls are minimal like you say. Other options could be a lower face thread lift or even a one stitch facelift which you can find more about here (www.theprivateclinic.co.uk/treatments/plastic-surgery/one-stitch-facelift) i would recommend that you visit some plastic surgeons to get their advice on what would be best. Hope this helps - The Aurora Team
