Tip: rename your flux plugs and points to reflect what the plug or point is connected to Eg: for the SPS, rename the flux plug to "SPS pwr nom nom" or something like that... (totally didn't just came up with that) Keep up the good work! ❤
I just want to say, CONGRATULATIONS on being only like 300k views from 200 MILLION! Absolutely amazing accomplishment! Truly wish you nothing but success in the future! Crazy to think how far you've come in the 7 years of watching you. Much love, brother. Keep up the wonderful work!
You have 2 ways of going about fueling the fusion reactor, you can either use Deuterium and Tritium only, and this has a max burn rate of 98, or you can make D-T Fuel, which allows you to basically burn up to 1,000, and that is how you get to making 200 MFE/t If you want to run it at full power for 200 MFE/t, you need to produce more than 1,000 MB/t of D-T Fuel. That’s about 6 max size thermal plants (18 blocks tall) making Lithium, and you need like 120 fully upgraded water pumps making Heavy Water to sustain that. Building the reactor, the ponder shows that it has 2 ports for fuel in the front, but I recommend making 3 ports and putting another one in there, for D-T Fuel Another big tip for the Fusion Reactor, people have a lot of trouble with this- when you set up the laser, make sure you right-click it and make it so the laser doesn’t run until it has 400 million FE inside of it. You need to push 400 MFE into the reactor really quick, and this way it will take care of it and jumpstart the process. Make sure you put a Hohlraum filled with D-T fuel inside of the reactor controller, this part is also mandatory just like the lasers, so you do need to make D-T fuel anyways. I see you in the ATM discord sometimes, so you can also ask for help there, people will help
Fusion is already here. There's working reactors and they've just broken the efficiency barrier, aka producing more than you're putting in. I think the Tokamak setup is currently leading the chart. It's still a long long way away from from cost-efficiency though. Partly because of the massive infrastructure, partly because deuterium and tritium aren't so easily acquired. Luckily the safety aspect is pretty good. Since you're "upcrafting", you don't need volatile materials to run the reactor. It will run until the materials are too heavy and then shut off.
There is a "no frills" version that was released recently that they say can run on 4gb ram, same quests just shaders and other non-essential stuff removed or toned down.
You could always dabble into some bees. I got myself wasted radioactive bees making wasted combs. Process the wasted combs into 1000mb of nuclear waste each and then process that into polonium. That ends up making hella anti-matter.
I’d love to see you setup a sodium cooled fission reactor with a turbine. I’ve been having issues getting it all setup, and there are not a lot of guides on the fission -> boiler -> turbine setup required.
Here's a question. Probably a stupid one..But can you have, IRL, a planet like the everbright AND it be habitable without getting into terraforming etc.? I'm assuming it would have to either be "tidally locked" or you could only be on a specific part of the planet for the sun to always be up. But could there be a "goldilocks" zone like earth, where the planet isn't to hot to live on because of the sun baking one side of it (if its tidally locked)?
The closest thing we have is the poles where like half the year its always day and the other its night and so it could probably happen, theres also the possibility that the planet has an incredibly long day like a day on Venus is 243 days on earth
@@Rifty2612 I imagine it would be hard to find water on a planet like that, unless it rained enough for it be able to keep up with all the evaporation. But, like you hinted at, I guess anythings possible.
Such planets do exist in other stellar systems. The problem is, not only the sunny side is super hot, but the other side is extremely cold, as there is no sun to keep it warm. So, realistically, only the penumbral rim could have habitable temperatures. However, it would be very windy there, due to the temperature difference
MA with lily pads he already have,i made 2plots 9x9 already have 80 blocks of x3 compress,i still belive bees with omega and very high prod is better, but takes alot of time to set them
But… the fission reactor can generate millions too… if you don’t void the steam… Given its not quite as powerful as the fusion reactor, but it still generates crap loads of power
Yoo great video dude you inspired me to start dying atm9 and it’s super fun but could you make an in depth video on how to do the fissle fuel automation and the fission reactor?
I've got mine constantly running at a burn rate of 8... but I am using about 10 productions likes for tritium and about 30 for heavy water. But worth the huge FE/t
Fusion Reactor hype! If you've never built one you're kind of in for a treat lol, it's one of the most fun power generation options I've set up

the noms literally go so hard

Day 3 of kindly asking for the mekanism fusion reactor. Watching you set up the SPS is fun every time, keep it up my man.
He said he'd do it in an incoming episode near the end of this one!
Yeah you sorta need the fission generator to get the fusion reactor started.
day 0 of you watching the whole video
He gave us a tease :)
@camm344 some people comment while watching the video no reason to be rude
3:43 whoah man, you were pretty dang awful close to something there.
Keep up the good work, I love your vids!

i have to admit, i don t really understand a lot of stuff you i do but i surely do love wathching it
Ahhhh fusion. It's the energy of the future and it always will be.
bro i love watching your vids, my computer isn’t strong enough to run atm 9 so it’s fun to learn all about these extra mod features from you.
Same. So im playing ATM7 to the sky

We do. It's called The Sun.
Dyson sphere let's gooo!
What's really cool thing you can do with antimatter is to make nether stars with it
You could always dabble into some bees. I got myself wasted radioactive bees making wasted combs. Process the wasted combs into 1000mb of nuclear waste each and then process that into polonium. That ends up making hella anti-matter.

yeaaaaaaa anti matter lets go chosen
Banger episode (from what I have seen so far) as always chosen! Loving this series so much!❤❤

I very like this base, no just this but also your main base look very cool. Thank you for another nice video.
If you have any type of infinity tank you can put 1mb antimatter and you can make infinity of it pretty easy
What is your plan for getting the 1.7 million nether stars for the ATM stars?
MA with lily pads he already have,i made 2plots 9x9 already have 80 blocks of x3 compress,i still belive bees with omega and very high prod is better, but takes alot of time to set them
How long has your farm been running? I did one 9x9 with Lily pads and MA growth accelerators, and it took like 18 hours for the 15 for one star
@@diggles1196 i don' know for sure, but alot of time,i kinda did the MA farms early,i have like 2m uranium ingots in my RS,from MA seeds
24:17 Technically, China's EAST is a fusion reactor, but it's still VERY experimental.
Mekanism needs to add a matter-antimatter reactor. 1 TFE per tic should cover most cases I would think.
I have ran the sps at .1mb per tick on ATM 6. It "only " took 130,000,000 rf/ tick. Lol worth
@@jeremyarmstrong7857 Only? Haha.
are you still going to switch to applied energistics for your storage system?
yeah, server I am on does not even allow rs, rs is irrelevant to me since it lags
But… the fission reactor can generate millions too… if you don’t void the steam…
Given its not quite as powerful as the fusion reactor, but it still generates crap loads of power
I made the fusion reactor a couple years ago i could never keep it running😆
All the power to the girlfriend ai’s
When are you going to the Other Side dimension?
Is it possible to have two rainbow generators? With 16 machines each
If I build more powah reactors the input and output ratio going to be better?
Yes.
The ATM Star is near…
not even
Yea not even half,i don't even think about 2 boocks 😂
Yoo great video dude you inspired me to start dying atm9 and it’s super fun but could you make an in depth video on how to do the fissle fuel automation and the fission reactor?
I didnt found any modpacks that would use antiprotonic nucleosynthesis, sad
Is it me or did he almost make a German ww2 symbol
First 😼
Hi 👋
I love your vids but can you find something different than the rainbow generator you have set it up inalmost every pack I've watched
I've got mine constantly running at a burn rate of 8... but I am using about 10 productions likes for tritium and about 30 for heavy water. But worth the huge FE/t
