Yes, the effect of the laser lenses does stack, each purple lens you add increases the weighting and chance that each process will produce an unobtaininium ore.
Doesn't work for some stuff like setting distributors/pushers/pullers for Modular routers. For whatever reason, you have to actually have your feet on the ground for it to work. So thing for the shrinking device.
I was going to comment this, glad you beat me to it. Mekanism often has better than expected output. it's actually better than that because it is cumulative for the network. So with source A and sink B, the transmission is x*3mFE/t where x is the number of cables between A and B. So the rate can scale infinitely. One thing I haven't tested is if the throughput is divided equally between outputs because, except the SPS, nothing really take enough FE/t to matter. I have not felt the need to make more than 1 SPS even with 2 850mB/t fission reactors.
In mekanism, the capacity is the sum of the capacity of all cables in a network, the transfer rate is the same, but per tick. So your transfer rate is 3mfe/t x number of individual cables you have in a line
Dijin (ore duplicators) aren't demons as western culture describes them. They are just spirts, good and evil and often described as Genie like in Aladdin.
Mekanism cables have a total I/O of (capacity * connectedCableCount); so if capacity is 3m, and you have, say, 10 connected blocks of cables, the entire network can input 30m/t, not just 3
Hey, Chosen! I stumbled upon this game called Vintage Story, and seriously, it's a whole new vibe you need to check out for your channel. First off, the graphics are like a dream - think Minecraft but with a serious realistic looks. But it's not just about looks. Vintage Story kicks butt in the survival game. Realistic weather, seasons, and crafting that goes DEEP. And building is just something else! It has built-in chisel. The possibilities are nuts!!! Oh, did I mention the ecosystem is legit? Animals, plants, the whole shebang. It's not just survival; it's like you're part of a living, breathing world. The game is like modded Minecraft, with a bunch of content to it. The world has its own lore! And on top of that there is a whole community, the devs support mods, so you can install mods right in the game with a click of a button. I've seen you rock the Minecraft community - Vintage Story has one too. Dive in, and who knows, you might uncover a goldmine of fresh content and experience. Anyway, just had to drop this game on your radar. Would be rad to see your take on it. Sorry for the rather lengthy nature of this comment 😂
Isn't mek cables' transfer rate and capacity additive per cable or did it change in the updates? I remember captainsparklez's giant wall of pipe for his mek reactors(I think in mc eternal) that used the same concept.
yeah this is a situation where ae2 would be so much easier, I stopped watching as it was such a convoluted way of doing things instead of just slapping a pattern provider down and mashing the button for sending only what the energizer needs.
@@thereddrake2808 however in this mod pack there is still more to do after obtaining the ATM star. There is the GregTech star. That progression is gonna be wild, especially with some of the multiblocks.
@@jamespierce2003 Yeah it just opens the end of the modpack, it doesn't mean the end end. Like going to a stronghold opens the end in vanilla, killing a dragon isn't all but it signifies the end of a world.
Is anyone having the bug with refined storage where when you log back in a random crafter will delete all patterns? It's happened to me several times and it's random when it happens. So frustrating and making me wanna do AE2 now. I really like the simplicity of Refined storage.
This has been a known bug during the entire development of ATM9. Haven't been too updated recently but the current solution is to either use base crafters where possible or switch to AE2. The bug occurs because of how addon crafters are programmed.
@cyro4685 so you think it's from the extra storage crafters? I guess I can swap them and check. I read that people were having issues with the normal crafters too. I will try the base crafter and moving some to a different chunk.

@terryfrome1641 Tbh RS as a whole is inferior to AE2. The crafters in general store their items identical to its storage so is prone to corruption upon too much nbt and general chunkdata in the same location. Once RS2 is pushed out maybe there'll be a reason to use RS but people don't switch. In one sense i understand that RS is simpler because no channels but if they bother you that much you can turn them off.
Yeah, had that happen about a week ago. Glad to know I wasn't just going crazy when I had a bunch of patterns go missing. I always tell myself I'm going to learn AE2, but it just looks like such a giant pain and I can make RS do everything I need so..
@qvj9197 but you still need one for the Patrick bee to produce Patrick stars for the atm star. Unless you plan to not make anymore stars after you get the bees
Hi Chosen, wow, your powah setup does look very complicated. Why not using crafters? Crafter facing the energizing orb. Set to [Redstone pulse inserts next set] on the crafter Modular router someplace along either of the 4 sides of the crafter, not the back.(You only need to know which side of the MR touches the crafter, for later.) Use a puller module MK2, shift+right click on orb, put that into the MR. Detector module, set to the side the crafter is located. Network receiver on the back of the crafter, importer to the back of the MR (should automatically connect to the receiver). Put recipes/patterns into your crafter, done.
I suppose this modpack have wireless chargers that can automatically transfer energy in 7x7x7 area. I think it is more clean solution than modular router with tons of upgrades
he is trying to make and automate the bees. if he is truly gonna be running the gambit on the pack he is probably trying to get the GregTech star. Some of the multiblock needed to make that need ATM Star blocks to make and are massive. I had just started the pack like a week ago and decided to look at the ultimate endgame and discovered a void dimension would probably be a grand idea.

FYI you can push shift and space at the same time while flying and you will crouch mid air.

summoned 2 chimeras, both loot pinata'd got like 40 tokens
Love your stuff Chosen, your account is always one that I can rely on!
So...crazy thing. Drygmy farm is positively busted in this modpack 😄 You can throw a Chimera in a containment jar and farm the drop with Drygmys 😂
Woulda been really cool to one shot all the chimeras with a properly upgraded Morgan sword

I saw Cheryl the AC Rizzlord (I know I'm late)
A couple blue lanterns behind the tinted glass would look pretty dope
I could have sworn powah cables had unlimited throughput, and the 1M FE/t was a limit per input/output, as it says 1M FE/t I/O

Chosen you should first try to craft 2 ATM stars and use them for some creative items (creative power)
How will you handle getting the thousands of nether stars?
Mystical agriculture is really good just use multiple seeds
The fastest way is mekanism Antiprotonic Nucleosynthesizer. You get 16 stars from one wither skeleton skull
@@iyoub6931 i think mine is way easyer XD
@Vanele1 also incredibly slow. Best methods are HNN, Mek, or wither farm (if you have a spawner from old versionds)
@@cyro4685 lilipads of fertility and a bunch of seeds
what does the atm star even do that we need so many?
You need 18 to automate them
it can be used to make creative items, like the creative source jar or the everlasting mana pool, which never run out
It also signifies the end of the modpack, if it was easy it would not be enjoyable.

I've been wanting to ask don't you need 3 blocks? Need one to convert, one for the converted flower, and one for the Patrick bee.
1 to convert Patrick bee to starry bee and 1 to feed the starry bee to start producing the shards
@qvj9197 but you still need one for the Patrick bee to produce Patrick stars for the atm star. Unless you plan to not make anymore stars after you get the bees
