For 6 yrs I Ramadan with the Nation Of Islam. One meal a day during Ramadan. My doctor is still amazed today of my not taking or being on any medication. (All praise is due to the most high!) (Still practice eating one meal a day.)

The Nation of Islam is equally astute in the Bible as the Quran. The false perception is that the Bible is for Christians and the Quran is for Muslims and they are opposing truths. Where in reality the Quran and Bible deals with approximately 70% of the same Prophets and Messengers of God. The Quran teaches all Prophets and Messengers are One family and serve the same Eternal God.
So if he hadn't quoted the Bible you would have rejected the truth...?

I like the fact that around 46min he is honest about the way he eats. He doesn’t feed us bullshit saying he is perfect. He admits that he is still working on how he eats and gives us multiple examples of how he sees the difference it makes in his life when he eats according to the book How to eat to live.
This is a lie you can get all your nutrients, minerals, etc in one meal

in our daily lives, Brother Nuri is an example and a student minister under the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and the nation will never fall again to where we need another "leader". no one is "next in line" as the most honorable elijah muhammad is our internal leader and we follow his teachings.

This was a great honest interview with Brother Nuri. He dropped so many gems on how to eat and real life lessons. You know when something is from the Most High because people receive the message. As the bible says, "My sheep hear my voice."

Welp now i understand --- the drug cocktail in livestock is why i'll have to go three years without eating poultry to completely stop craving it. It's the one meat i can't give up. I always go back to chicken. I thank Allah for you Bro. Nuri!!! 🙏🏾 Also, Starting at 50:33 this truly opens my mind to why i keep going back to McDevil's around every six months. APIDTA❤️ It's the only fast food place I'm stuck on with the filet o fish. I never got into Sick fil a b/c i didn't grow up on it i guess. McDonald's was Always the childhood treat. It's emotional. Not home cooked Sunday meals or even thanksgiving.

It’s just something about the teachers of Islam (NOI)… I can attest their energy in the lessons absorbs my attention every time…
If you read the lessons, they have nothing to do with Islam. In the one through 36 it teaches that the alleged master Fard Muhammad was Palestinian, and he came from overseas where he studied, and this has been refuted and proven to be a lie. They may have a good message and intention, but their whole foundation is fraudulent.

He’s not saying I have a good message follow me, he is saying, I am a Muslim and the alleged master Fard Muhammad is Allah in the flesh, and Elijah Muhammad is the representative of Allah and Louis Farrakhan represents Muslims. As a Muslim, that is blasphemy. There is even a lesson in their teachings that says the Quran is a history book that is only valid for 2500 years and Louis Farrakhan will be the one to rewrite it. Not only that, but they falsely translate verses of the Koran to back up things that they claim. There is nothing in the Quran that says anything about a blue eyed devil, yet they pray on the fact that most people cannot read Arabic, and they use that to manipulate people into thinking Islam condones that foolishness. Furthermore, everything about Louis Farrakhan, and the nation of Islam is contradictory to what a Muslim is supposed to follow. We are required to grow our beards, Louis Farrakhan says that is not true. We are not allowed to call another man God, Louis Farrakhan says that is not true. we are not supposed to participate in or make music, Louis Farrakhan has an album. We are commanded to make Friday prayers, Louis Farrakhan gives his sermons purposefully on Sunday. Ramadan is set by the lunar calendar, the nation of Islam will fast during the month of Christmas because they deemed it to be, so in a way to protest Christmas. Some may say it’s OK because of the good message they bring, but when you claim to be a Muslim and follow the guidance of the Caraun, I have to hold you to that standard. While Louis Farrakhan is getting fat and rich, his people are starving. Muslim leaders are supposed to be humble, and not partake of the riches of this world, that man is filthy, rich. I am not some uneducated hater either because I grew up in and around the nation of Islam. Like Malcom X, and so many others, I came to realize that everything is a lie

*Wow* 30 minutes in, talking about _The Honorable Minister Farrakhan's_ impact on his life. Brought me back to reminiscing about being in year 2 in _Churchfield, London England, 1991._ Being always late walking to school, my sister would tell you i had ADD. Anyway music class happened to be first and all the "good" instruments were already taken - by the early kids, which left me with the violin. Didn't know any better and started making sounds, then the teacher brought me to, i'm guessing now her friends class to show me off and they acted like i was special or something. From that day, music secretly became my outlet to life. So much knowledge in this interview, glad to have found it. The man is a true gem. 💪🏽💎

I always knew I had high self worth because I was always A good girl, raised in the church and became a adult Christian. But I always disciplined myself, good self care and self love, but had to understand the self esteem was low because I wanted some or certain people validation, but I learned I didn't have to have that either. He has great wisdom, and looks terrific at 48 yrs old, thought he was 35. I I also believe that good people are quick to Marry but bad people quicker to divorce. Divorces refuse to see their faults
