Fantastic. Your videos just keep getting better keep up the great work. Could you please do a video on how to wire and connect wireless accessories to panel.
Hi. Thanks for the great video. What is the alarm panel that you are using and power supply is needed to operate? I need to hook a magnetic switch to this with a horn alarm. thanks again.
Thanks for the video, it was really informative. I own a IDS X64 alarm with 16 zones, and would like to add an additional keypad as well as another 8 zones. Can you please make a video on how to add an additional keypad, including setting it up. As well as how to add an additional zone expander. My current zone expander plugs straight onto the main board. Keep up the good work.
Great video guide, you make this seem so easy, question...can i use Xwave 2 wireless indoor Detector with my Ids x64?, if so help would be appreciated on the how?
Thanks for sharing these videos. May I ask, I have an IDS x64 alarm panel. I want to install an outdoor PIR. The one I am keen on is the Takex wired 180 MX-12FAM. Is the Takex compatible with the IDS system. I have not been able to find an answer to this. My logic tells me that there is no reason it won't be compatible. I just need to make sure. Appreciate your advice.
Thank you for fantastic tutorial.. I am struggling with door open close that triggers after some time. Why does it do that? The contacts are not moving, they are also in a standard position which worked normally for nine years, now the door triggers after some time every time.
Your video helped me so much to understand and to check if my alarm was connected correctly. One question I have is that my infrared beams are connected as you described. I have three that have been connected to zones 6, 7 and 8 on and they work, but even when they are on, off or triggered they do not show on the keypad. I ask because I know people with the same beams that show on their alarm keypad unlike mine.
Why don’t you replace your beam with a simple door contact to see if a triggered door sensor cause alarm on the zone, if it does then you have problems wiring the beam, if it doesn’t then you have problems programming your alarm panel.
How does one connect two pirs/beams in seies or parallel? What is the better option : parallel or series? I was amazed at the above video presentation.
hi i have 3/8 dor contacts with a veritas v8 alarm panel but can't see no wire in my door or door frame they cant be wireless can they thanks in advance andy
I need help. My pir sensors work but the light doesn't come on indicating that the sensor has detected motion. I have a ids x64 alarm system plz help thanks
The system actually has 3 states : open, closed, fault. Closed : resistance of x ohms Open: open circuit full resistance Fault: Between 0 and x ohms (this can happen if wires partially touch or become abraded and connect )
Thank you for your time spent on this and the clear, detailed way you did it!
Excellent, Thank you so much for showing this, it was easy to follow and you did not speak to fast !!
Thank you very much sir, i was able to connect my alarm system with your excellent explanations, thanks for your sharing
Excellent explanation! Congratulations !
Fantastic. Your videos just keep getting better keep up the great work. Could you please do a video on how to wire and connect wireless accessories to panel.
Thank you south africa.
Brilliantly explained. thanks for making the effort.
Excellent brother like the way you explained thank you
This subject is very well explained and thanks for that
Great video. Answered all my questions.

Thanks for the video ,,well explained
clear and useful
Do you have any videos on connecting the xwave wireless components?
Brilliant video. What happens when you want to add a zone beyond 8?
You will need to get a zone expander card.
Thank you Mr Sir this one is the1

ill do a video to show. May take some time
@@ecologicaltime no problem. I can wait. Thank you.
Any luck with the video
I'm still awaiting your response.
finally got my beams working
Thanks this was very helpful;)
Do you have one on vibration sensors? Good video.
none
Nice one
Great video!
Good video. Subscribed

Could you do one for the texecom premier version
I have a problem with a door sensor. Can i permanently disarm it at the door end rather than at the control box?
How you choose the oms of the resistors to use?
your amazing
why did you add a resistors? And the resistor what is it's impedance?
I need help. My pir sensors work but the light doesn't come on indicating that the sensor has detected motion. I have a ids x64 alarm system plz help thanks
Top stuff
Perfect
You should explain not all panels require End of line resistors.
The system actually has 3 states : open, closed, fault.
Closed : resistance of x ohms
Open: open circuit full resistance
Fault: Between 0 and x ohms (this can happen if wires partially touch or become abraded and connect )
please make a video AVS intrusion alarm system
ids 805
dont knw how to program. please help. i want to put delay on my zone 1 and 2. change password(pin) and use zone 8 as sensor.
how to do ?
thanks
I don’t know how to configure on my dsc pannel
remote control of the SP4000 paradox on and off of the RSU-KO1 / S remote control how to connect
why we aadd resistors
alarm panels often use resistors as it allows for more reliable voltage across the sensor. Small change in wire resistance does not impact the alarm.
