As soon as Kurt said, "Let's have a look at Kurt's lawn!" I thought, "All men are literally the same." because my boyfriend does the. same. exact. thing. BUT, we love them... and their lawns...
Just to let you know, the “x” in collaborations like “Sarah’s Day x La Bang” isn’t read as “Sarah’s Day times La Bang” but rather “Sarah’s day by La Bang”. It’s like when you talk about a vehicle or dimensions of a room e.g. “4x4” is read like “four by four”.
I would recommend not using the machine to massage your back in that area. Your ligament’s become stretched and soften during pregnancy so you have to be careful in that area. As therapists we are told not to massage that area to minimise injury’s x
I HAVE BEEN LOVING THESE VIDS, I actually aspire to be you, you manage so much all on top of being a mum to a toddler and being pregnant its insane. you are truly an inspiration love you loads x
Hey Sarah, I'm an Osteopathy student and I would super recommend going to see an Osteopath about your back issue! They'll be able to give you a far more comprehensive diagnosis and treatment than a remedial masseuse and I think you'd love it xx
I’m a massage therapist and I have a couple of tips of what can help the back pain. Massage, yes absolutely can help and especially doing some massage work on the glutes since they play a major role in supporting the lower back. Stretching out your hips/pelvis/glutes in any way you can (I know your belly might prevent you from doing certain ones) but do what you can. Resting your back and letting it heal is very important right now. If after a few weeks you don’t see improvement or it gets worse, it would be worth it to see a chiro or a doctor just to make sure the fall didn’t cause more serious damage. The problem with back pain is that sometimes it’s just a muscular tear or strain or extreme tension, and sometimes it’s a pinched nerve. They all suck lol.
I had the same pelvic pain (we are just one week apart in pregnancy) and my chiropractor fixed it! You might try a chiropractor rather than having to just live with it!
Aww wee foxy at the beginning was so heart wrenching 🥲 also his speech is so amazing! I was so worried from the title of this vlog but I hope it all comes right for you and I get so excited watching your vlogs. My oldest is the same age as fox and I’m quietly watching while I’m putting him to bed 😂😅
I have the exact same pelvis problem. In week 31 now, came in week 25. The struggle is real. I had it with my first baby too. It went away the second she was born. So hang in there! 💕 Also have a toddler of 2 yrs that what’s to be picked up and carried at times. I’ve had to try and explain to her that “mummy has a baby in her stomach that needs to be carried and that she is now a big sister and she needs to walk by her self now. “ It work sometimes and other times you just have to do what you have to do to get trough the day with a toddler, which is carrie unfortunately. You just have to remind yourself that it’s worth it in the end 👶🏼💕
My favorite vlogs are your day in the life with a workout thrown in! This was so fun to watch and now I'm excited to go to the gym tomorrow! (In the US so it's after 10 pm right now lol). I hope your pelvic pain doesn't get worse! You got this, over halfway to baby time :)
Been watching since your early RUclips days and I’m honestly blessed to see how blessed you are. If that makes sense lol. Thank you for taking us along this journey with you Sez! 💕
I’m 24 weeks today with baby no.1 (in the mist of a cottage reno which is only at demo stages) 🤪😅 I’ve also got to wear a belly band. My check up showed my cervix was softening and extremely short, meaning baby could come any day now. So I had to have emergency surgery and now need to be mindful about not doing to much, meaning no gym. The belly band for me keeps baby off my cervix and prevents preterm labour 😭. Sorry you’re also going through it too! 💛
Hi! So sorry for what you're passing true, wish you a big luck, hope the baby will wait a bit longer before coming out. Can you please share which belly band you are using?
You are such a good mom and amazing human! Can you do a video on time management and how to stay positive during change/stress? I know no one does this perfectly and everyone has messy days, but you just radiate positive energy even when I know y'all are going through a lot! It is inspiring girly
I found your channel in 2017- when my oldest at the time was 3 years old and it was the first time I could find the means to workout. Before then both kids would follow me or get mad because the machine I was using was too loud. I finally had the energy to get up before them and workout. I had my third child in 2019 and again it’s been hard to get back to it, but your channel helps keep me motivated. 2022 is my year to get a healthy lifestyle back as my #1 priority. Thank you for all you do! You are a rock star for working out while pregnant. :)
Love that you keep it real about room sharing with your toddler! We have the bassinet on one side of our bed and a toddler bed on the other. We have a second bedroom that we’ll use eventually but for now this is way easier and it works so we’re going to keep doing it!
Would love to order your products if i didnt live on the other side of the planet in dark winter norway. Never been pragnant but herniated disc in my lower back with sciatica i had for 5 months now and its the worst pain.i kept working out when i could ,spesially wide squats worked really good, and walk and dynamic streching.be careful with static streching when cold, and squat down when you pick stuff up and use your glutes to get up.and you can explain to fox that you cant pick him up,just sit down at his level, lay on the floor with him ,and maby change that bed so you dont have to lift him out of it from that far down. 😊😊❤Love u sarah.stay strong. God give you strength.❄🌍🌏

I’m 9 weeks pregnant and watching you workout makes me so happy that maybe possibly in the near future I’ll have some energy to do a proper workout without throwing up 😂 😫 and eat healthy , god help me !!! I love this vlog so much! Thank you for being so REAL!!! Love you!
I feel you! I’m 14 weeks pregnant and can’t stop 🤢. And I haven’t eaten anything remotely healthy in weeks. What is happening with me? I used to love fruits and veggies and now, whenever I eat them it’s horrible
There might be hope! I was feeling like you a few weeks ago and now I'm in week 12 and I definitely feel a little more energetic now and my nausea has mostly gone away. I'm still a bit fatigued in the afternoon but getting better overall. But everyone is different 🤷♀️
@@wanderlust3292 veggies make me feel the worst! It’s not even like we have cravings… we just eat what we can and whatever will taste good and sit okay in our stomachs 😂😥

My belly band saved me in my first pregnancy and I'm feeling like I'll be needing it again in my current pregnancy. I had major hip instability and had a pregnancy waddle by 20 weeks! After discovering the band, I could walk normally again. I was recommended to stop wearing it after 30 weeks as it holds the baby higher up so you need to stop to allow the baby to drop. (Also, once the baby is that big the band pushes them up into your ribs!) I hope you find it helps you too 💕
Back pain like that for me is always a problem with my psoaz muscle. Regular massage feels nice and all but never fixed it. My chiropractor has a therapist on staff that did a psoaz release and it was the answer. Years later started to bother me again and went to PT for it and that helped too. It’s always the dang psoaz. Hi I love your channel and all the products that you produce. I would really like to get some of your natural deodorant but I don’t know which one to get what one do you recommend?

I’m loving your blogs Sarah. You are a fab mum and I can’t wait to see how a new baby fits into this great family. I’m 30 weeks pregnant after trying for nearly 4 years and couldn’t be happier xx
Sarah, I injured my back when I was around 24 weeks with my daughter. I started waddling around due to the pain. I highly recommend you find a prenatal chiropractor, it took about 3-4 adjustments but she realigned my back and my body was able to heal. And I went back to my workouts and normal daily activities. The masseuse helps too, I had quite a few prenatal massages during the healing process as well.
Oh I’m so sorry about your pelvic pain!! Hopefully with exercises it is going to be less painful and you’ll be able to enjoy fully your pregnancy! Always take care of your body and give it a lot of love!!
Mom of a 3 year old with a baby on the way I would love some new Jammie’s and a robe to live in omg 💕 also struggle with my skin and always wanted to try Esmi 😊
I had/have SI joint dysfunction for years. Had it pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, and now post partum. Your physio is right - focus on not aggravating the inflammation. The ligaments are lax right now so strengthening your adductors, glutes and low back are key. I just recently found relief after 4 years of excruciating pain. It's absolutely awful but diagnosis is key - that's the hard part!
Hi Sarah! I recommend going to a chiropractor that focuses in prenatal care. The hormone relaxin is coursing through your body right now and destabilizing your musculoskeletal structure to where those spills and falls will take longer to recover from. Chiropractic care will help realign you and improve that stabilization, hopefully without a brace necessary! Chiropractic care can also help with your pubic symphysis and round ligament pain. I work in a chiropractic office where we gently treat pregnant mommas all day, everyday and help properly align your spine and pelvis to give you the easiest birth possible. I know it sounds intense, but there is an adjustment technique called sustained contact/logan that is perfect for a more gentle approach, so I encourage you to research it if you’re at all curious! At our office, we see great improvements in both the issues you’ve described, so I would highly recommend looking into it and would be happy to answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability!
Are you allowed to drink coffee during pregnancy? I am searching for the correct answer everywhere cause I would have a hard time giving it up once I am pregnant lol. I trust your experience and opinion though
You can still have caffeine during pregnancy but it’s better to limit it and I’d definitely stay away from energy drinks that are super high in caffeine, not a professional in any sense but pregnancy is my favourite thing to learn about and I dream of being a midwife one day and from everything I’ve looked into it’s not a hard no caffeine like with alcohol but it’s not to be ingested excessively

Omg I have SI issues (not pregnant just hyper mobile) and am currently dealing with a flare up so I very much relate 😥
Oh my goodness fox crying about the doctor broke my heart 😭
