Lol!! I love it when the giggles strike! Sometimes the silliest thing will send me into fits of laughter for an extended period!! So funny when that happens and so glad you didn’t cut that out. Oh and great changes to the build too!! I really like the marine fabric finishing at the back. Looks great. And the bamboo table is wonderful. So much more sustainable.
Thank you! And yes I really couldn’t keep it together at the end 🤣🤣
LOVED LOVED the giggles! Totally made me smile today, and I needed it. Thank you!
I have been watching this channel from the road trips in the first van.
I have always appreciated your build tips and the effort to help people like me who decided to build my own van.
Always a thumbs up 👍
Thanks so much!
Lol. I, too, suffer from uncontrollable giggle fests! Love it and love your channel.
I love seeing progress. Great job for continuous improvement!
Thank you!
Love your vans & your laughter! 😂❤️
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing these lessons learned. 🤗🙏
Excellent information. Great to see what you learned and are changing to improve van builds.
Love the new van look and the changes. They all sound positive. BTW, would you have a link for factory trim pieces for the front of the Sprinter?
Love your van!!! Thanks for sharing. Question... for the step in this video, is it the 5in or 6in step? I can’t decide for our van. Thank you!!
💗This is a great video and I love the changes
LOVE her laugh so much!! made my whole day!
Y'all had me laughing at the end! Your van builds are the best on the market! Great info!
Love you guys! Her laughter is sooo contagious!
Great video. It’s important to continue to have fun and laugh!
Exactly 😂
Nice Power bank. DIY info plus Bloopers/giggles are always welcome. 😄
Alex: “You okay, boo?” 😂🤣😂 That is exactly what my honey says when I hit the point of delirium at day’s end! Work hard. Laugh harder.
🤣🤣🤣 exactly!
Too funny! U guys have me in stitches!
Lmsaggybuttoff-haha. Belly laughter is great so thanks Sara. Smart changes, but I do have a suggestion. On the table, it would be wise imo to round the corners. This can prevent ppl from getting leg bruises if knicking the corners, catching their pockets on the corners, & most importantly having any animals or children get gashed on the corners (it definitely happens).
And a question: what’s a face frame? The explanation seemed sensible, but I can’t believe idk what they are 🤔.
Beautiful work as always. I’d love to have you guys build out my van when the time comes. Do you have a driver who would deliver to NH or is that too much to ask?
Keep up the great work. Have to look at your 5 layout vid again; can’t remember if you have a stable bed layout which we’d want (my husband’s abt 6’ & I’m abt 5’2” w/bad knees-ugh).
TIA for answering my questions. Love you two!!😂✌🏼🌀
Haha thank you! We do actually round the corners - I guess it’s hard to see in the video. Great tip though!
A face frame goes on the front of the cabinet and is what you can attach the fronts to. It essentially covers the raw edges of the plywood on the face of the cabinet. Now we edge band the face of the cabinet instead of doing a face frame.

Excellent. Rewatched your 5 layout vid; it was excellent from a YT ago. On the choice (can’t recall name) w/stationary bed & garage beneath it so you need to go outside to access, couldn’t you devise a way to access 2 fold-up e-bikes & an electric scooter, maybe some other smaller gear (tool box/1st aid kit) to access that gear from inside but still keep structural integrity of bed? I’d ask you this on FB but deleted my account long ago so can’t reach you there. Thnx for obliging me by answering my questions here. Also, are you able to deliver to NH? My sense is you’re too busy for that.
Our heads would be at back door w/no windows there to sleep but a skylight above & 1 or 2 Maxxair Fans (depending) but no a/c. Probably a Promaster btw. More than you want to know I’m sure.
Anyway, if you can answer all these questions then great. If not, I still think you two are fantastic & a great team. Here’s wishing you all the best!!✌🏼🌀🦋💙
I Love the laughter!!
Thanks, I would really like some idea if where to buy these Vinyl Wall tiles. Having trouble finding this type product for wet area.
Hi there, I have loved watching your progress over the years. Very inspirational and you've got the cool beachy vibe! I am building my van right now and you've convinced me to switch to the Palisades Wall Tile. In a past video (2018) you used Hydro Ban and Redguard. Are you doing anything different now to prepare the shower walls for the Palisades tiles? Thanks.
Very nice! Do you prefer the small or large Palisade vinyl tiles?
Which size Palisade vinyl tiles are you using and do you flex or bend them to fit the contours?
What is the sink in this van and where to order? And the white counters you said is solid surface. Where to purchase please?
What is the black box to the left of the inverter with the positive wires coming out?
Have you ever thought of using extruded aluminum struts (i.e. 80/20, for instance; instead of using wood which is heavy?
How about the insulation? Really important aspect which is often overlooked. And noise cancelation of the whole metal panels... Maybe you could make a video of your van during driving to hear the noises in the back. :)
We do wool insulation and Kilmat for sound deadening 😊
Look forward to the Soggy Bottom Boys performing in one of your videos.
First to comment! Love the videos, keep them coming.
Thank you!!
Hilarious... Love it..
Thank you!
So you don’t insulate the rear doors??
She's right
Does your kid go to school or virtual online school?
Great changes. If only we could order a lift kit and install it when gravity comes for us all. 😂🤣🤣
😂😂
ok, so the most important thing in van building is no saggy butt, got it, LOL!
Your next move should be get away from all painted material. More laminate and more fabric on the walls. Keep up the good work.
That’s not what our clients come to us for. But we are doing a gear style van right now with those materials and we’re excited!
You two crack me up-saggy butt😂
😂
