  • This is the first video in a RUclips series my wife and I are creating called The Honey Do List Series. Please go like, subscribe, and share on RUclips (Doug Reid RCS). This first video is a simple Toddler Learning Tower. This is a stool you can place your toddler in to wash their hands, learn to cook, brush their teeth, etc with no worries of them falling out. I did not have intentions of doing this video I just had multiple people ask for it after posting pictures on Instagram. (@reidconstructionsolutions)All the information is FREE. This is a very simple build and there are many ways to upgrade which I explain! It costs less than $60 and took less than an hour to cut and assemble. I have included lists for materials, cuts, and tools required simply pause video and screenshot to save for later or print! Enjoy and please subscribe to my RUclips channel for the rest of the series! Also, always monitor your children while in this learning tower!

Excellent job. I've watched a ton of videos lately about these toddler towers, but found that they were too expensive for me. This is a practical design that requires regular tools and inexpensive materials. It's a great design. I'm gonna build several of them for my family.

    Most efficient cut list is
    1- 1x6x6'
    1- 1x4x10' for 4x18" + 4x10.5"
    1- 1x4x12' for 4x34.5"
    1-12"x48" for 2@12x18" platforms
Was able to get these sizes at home depot.
    Good luck!

How many 1x4x8 do I need according to your material list it states you will need 2 but when I did the math on the cut list the measurements add up to 21 feet instead of 16 feet total length
