I just recently started using a sound ID through The Cornell Lab's Merlin Bird ID. In the past week, it has picked up this gorgeous bird three times. It tends to move on before I can run and get my glasses to spot it. Your video was very informative and will help me in my quest to capture this rare bird on camera.
