Great video, thank you! One note - you only roll the chimera dice when there are unrevealed aspects. When you had the 3 revealed aspects, you didn't need to roll any more, the chimera just starts attacking starting from the left.
Great video, love how chill it is. By the way, you are making meditate harder for yourself, each die can be changed to a side of your choice, so those two meditate could have gone directly to power sides from basics. Also, you can discard spells from your spellboard - not too relevant for the first round tho.
Oh wow!! Thanks for letting me know about meditate and the discarding spells rule. I don't know why I forgot how to meditate!! Appreciate your feedback as well :)
Thanks for the play through! I had Ashes when it first came out but wound up getting rid of it. I saw this video the other day and decided to get back into it. You mentioned that you had some of the expansion decks, which ones would you recommend? I only have the master set and this expansion so far. I like the one that you played here too, was the a pre-constructed deck, or did you make it yourself? Thanks for renewing my interest in this game!
I wish I was good at identifying the “good” decks. I really can’t say. I am loving Namine Hymntide mostly because I like the horse conjuration that her pre-con comes with and her teal dice! The deck I have in this video was constructed utilizing only the cards that came with Red Rains. So it’s not too unique. My interest was renewed from watching other Red Rains gameplay on RUclips. 🤣 I’m SO happy this solo/co-op mode came out.
@@DaniCha awesome! I actually have the Namine deck arriving tomorrow! 😂 I also saw another Red Rains should be coming out soon, so I signed up for that one! Thanks for all of your help. From your videos you and I seem to have similar taste in games. Keep up the good work.
@@DaniCha I signed up through Team Covenant. I also read that expansions will only be printed once enough subscribers sign up for them, so I’m hoping to help them reach that goal! I’ve been having so much fun that I taught my daughter (she’s 10) and we e packed it for Dice Tower East this upcoming week!
This was legit a perfect explanation and run through. I was on the fence but this looks so up my alley. 2 questions: Have you tried it with 2? And do you feel you need to deck build outside of the pre constructed decks to win above the base difficulty?
Thanks for watching!! I haven't tried with 2 solo, but I played with my husband and I did enjoy it more. But that won't stop me from continuing to play this true solo. I am not a great deckbuilder, but I do think that not all pre-cons are going to be able to take on the Corpse of Viros as effectively as others, so would require deckbuilding.

Thanks for the info! I guess I made it tougher for myself?
Thank you! Now I can start playing then move on to your next play through video. Thanks for taking the time to make and post this 😊
That’s great to hear!! My gameplays aren’t perfect but should help get you started :) Have fun!!

Thanks for checking out Red Rains and covering it! I hope you enjoy it
My pleasure! I love Ashes Reborn!
Great video thanks.
At 17:20 you say you need guard to block an attack, when your phoinex born is attacked you can block with any unit that is not exhausted
Thanks for clarifying that for me!

@@ComePlayWithE where did you sign up for the new one? On team covenant’s site?
Let me know your thoughts about Namine!
