Signing an NDA doesn’t mean you sign away your right to report illegal work place practices, American Labor Law requires employers to provide a non hostile work place. It also requires non discrimination, equal pay, and ethical work hours. Non disclosure agreements will NOT protect Employers who violate the US Labor Laws. Court documents are public. Any person can sue another person. All anyone with an NDA has to do is submit a written claim in a court with subject matter jurisdiction and all of the details would be in black and white. If the court case is immediately settled or thrown out, the court documents still remain. If the case moves forward, discovery occurs and a probe into ever nook and cranny is conducted and possibly exposed. I don’t know the laws in Britain, but in America, these people may have claims for any number of issues that arose from their experience.

And there are plenty of videos on RUclips pointing out that 80 hour working weeks, no holidays, no sick pay etc are all ILLEGAL in the majority of the world but perfectly legal in the US.
