A very nice and wonderful video .. I remembered this street when I was studying at grafton College 2009 the college near Westfield mall and I used to go to the college from my residence in Acton to this street and the surrounding streets .. Thank you very much for reminding us of the most beautiful days and bringing back my memories in London❤️❤️
I used to use ATM, the cash machines often at Grafton College building. Thank you for finding this video. Thanks!
Thank you I really enjoy the tour hope to visit soon
Uxbridge Road is indeed one of my "own high streets" to do shopping and eating out. Thank you for commenting!
Beautiful! Great walking tour my friend! Thank you😊
Thank you for finding me. Thanks!
How pleasant a walk through these beautiful streets and what a good food market!
Thank you for finding this video. Thanks!
Nice to see my district again after 8 years. I dream of the day I can visit again
I used to work at BBC Television Centre White City many years ago, so Uxbridge Road was one of my regular shopping & eating-out areas. Thank you for commenting. Cheers!
@@LondonTownWalk I often walked by the center and wondered what it was like working in such a magnificent building.
There were quite a few cafes and eating places inside but their food quality was unacceptably bad, awful. Not even reasonably cheap either. Thank you for commenting!

That's nostalgic, my dad bought us jellied eels on that corner in 1960 after his Mum's funeral at that Paddington cemetery. I didn't like them, never eaten them before or since.
I like jellied eels and stewed eels very much. But sadly, many Eel and Pie shop have ceased their business lately, I mean in the past 30 years or so. Because they are not in fashion any longer and defeated by MacDonald’s type of first food chains. And even some existing and famous shops they serve only pie and mash and not sell eels anymore. I have heard from two particular shops, one in Roman Road Market, and the other in Walthamstow High Street, that eels are not any more available in the whole sale market because they are too scarce. Thank you for commenting!
I'm living in Shepherd's Bush and very nice place
I myself have tons of good memories in this area. Thank your for commenting.

Thank you very much for commenting. There used to be quite a few live music venues in this area (I mean Shephard's Bush Green area). I myself used to be working at BBC Television Centre. Cheers!
I was born in Shepherds Bush in 1957 and lived there before joining the Royal Air Force in 1976. Where have all the British people gone? It now seems like a multicultural influx is predominant in an area that was once mainly British and Irish.
Thank you very much for your service. Thank you for making a comment. Thanks!
Imagine if all the native people from the USA, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Canada or anywhere else the white folks stole land from, they'll probably be saying "who are all these pale face people" 😂
