It would be interesting if the slimes can evolve into different slime based creatures. Slime dragons, slime bears, and the like would be cool to see slimes evolve into.

Kinda worried about them using such very on the nose chao designs for the models and logo. Hope they don’t get in trouble with Sega. Don’t want this to set a precedent where Sega becomes more strict on fangames and sonic-like games.

I recommend adding a death animation too! But I love this, the rougelike is an awesome addition. I'm going to go pick this up.

Seeing 'Chao Garden Roguelike' in my notifications was such a jumpscare
fr, it sounds like your chao dies and you start over... almost like real life...
booted it up since it was free… few hours later my island is going crazy 😂

It's definitely interesting, but I would love to see controller support for the game. Using a controller to play games feels natural.
haha that's on the works, island expedition mode currrently supports controller, but not the garden side!

Which is surprising with all the stuff that the game shamelessly rips off. Not to say I don’t like the stuff they ripped off though.
