Romo is so underappreciated. But because his defenses mostly sucked avg at best he was the ONLY reason Dallas even mattered; why they couldn't be written off as an easy win the way Redskins were most years, Jags, Browns, etc. I HATE the cowboys but I always laughed at how their insufferable fans thought Romo was the whole problem. Yes, he cost them the game here. Yes, I loved it.

His whole career he was called that, for defense collapsing in reg season and playoffs. Very rarely did he totally get beat, can't score for shit like 07 Giants beating him up, but that DLine beat the crap out of Brady and Patriots 3 weeks later. It was hilarious hating the cowboys, as their fans dissed on Romo the ONLY reason they even mattered most seasons with a terrible secondary allowing 5000 pass yards a season. He had to be awesome to go 8-8 those years.

Giants Nation was so disgusted and angry Parcells went to Dallas. We were expecting a Dynasty. That this game was the furthest they went was hilarious for fan bases of Eagles, Giants, Skins, and everyone else who hated the Cowboys. It's just sooo much attention is on this one stupid team, Halftime shows, Pregame Sunday and Monday Night football is stupid segments on Cowboys. I switched to web only NFL coverage, but in a season like 2006 before I found real journalism, I couldnt learn shit about Ladanian Chargers, Priest Holmes and Larry Johnson Chiefs, The Sean Alexander Seahawks, besides 2 minute highlights of their game. Here's a 20 minute segment on "Does Tony Romo Have what it takes to win in this league?"
