I was diagnosed with single retinal tear with retinal detachment and my surgery was done successfully two months ago, I got gas instilled with silicon buccal of sclerosis. I restored my near vision but far vision is still blurry . I am told by my surgeon having cataract being developed in the same eye. Shall I go for cataract surgery when my surgeon say and will I be able to restore my eyesight enough to work on computer. Kindly answer me.

Sir I had laser surgery in India , he removed cataract and put bifocal lenses in my eyes,one eye done good but I loss vision in my other eye. I m following up here in canada with eye specialist and now with surgeon and he decide to do retina transplant but I have to wait for get donor.
So my question is that do this operation can succeed to get my vision back?

Mere eye me retina surgery 3 months pahle hua tha jiske tahat silicon oil dala gaya tha saathhi mujhe catract bhi tha Kal 22.09.23 ko silicon oil nikala gaya hai fir 1 se 1.5 month me catract ka operation hoga abhi oos eye kuchh bhi dikhai nahin de raha hai.
