Hi Lauren!!! designer eyewear has been my jam since I wear prescription glasses. I have Prada glasses and sunglasses and they are my absolute fav!!!!! The sunglasses have this stained glass affect!!!! I get tons of compliments on my Prada glasses. I can see the difference in the Amazon and the YSL sunglasses, the YSL seems more sleek and seamless.
Yes, the YSL are for sure more elevated and sleek! It's been such a long time since I've had a pair of designer sunglasses...and now I feel like I'll go down a rabbit hole of buying them haha!
They both look nice but the saint laurent ones just have the extra wow factor! It sounds like you like the saint laurent ones a little better too :) I feel the same way because I am deciding between gentle monster sunglasses or a dupe that I found for $20!
Gentle monster makes amazing sunglasses! I was stalking a few of them. The quality of the designer sunglasses is for sure better, but $20 is suuuuch a bargain haha.
Okay yes the YSL Sure are better but the Amazon pair is really nice abd safe to leave in the car. Its great to have some cheaper pairs for the pool, beach and keep in the car. And wear your Raybans or similar Just for the City. The good pair is for a su NY Day in the City or a Nice outside event. Or even in the car If you hace them in your every Day bag. But the cheap pair is for the beach or pool and Not being worry to fall into the pool or getting sand on them. Also like I said the pair of sunnies you keep on your car in case you forgot to carry your nicer pair. We All need two sunglasses one Really good like Ray Ban, Vogue or more High end designer and cheap pair for ocasions we are afraid to wear our good pair

Maybe when the dupes break go for the YSL which will certainly be on a deeper discount by then. But tough call! I have Rx Sunnie's so I personally would have to go for the YSL ones.

The new Saint Laurent sunglasses 🕶️ are very stylish. I especially like the sharp corners. The Amazon sunglasses are will definitely work if you want to save money. 🕶️😎🥰
@@LValiquette the Amazon can be the sunglasses to leave in your car, it’s always nice to have one pair in the car for emergencies or your kids sunglasses, you know if you go with nephews or your friends kids or something similar you go with your Amazon pair. We all need a few cheapies and few really good ones. Or maybe just one good pair or two.
@@LValiquette hehe, also make our faces look thinner and help us skip eyeliner, you do all your make except the eyes and you are done. With those cat eyes you only need. A little face makeup, blush and lipstick but skip make up: eyeshadows, mascara and eyeliner. Your makeup is put together faster with a pair of those square ish cat eyes

It’s quite more expensive than the ones from Amazon but cheaper than the YSL, Mango has another dupe. I was interested in a dupe for the YSLs and got the ones from Quay. To each their own but I’d never pay 400 for a trendy pair and actually neither for a classic style. For something classic and timeless I go Rayban for a trendy pair I go lower price.

Asian nose problems when the glasses don’t have enough bridge support😂 I always have to bend the heck out of the glasses arms to ensure the glasses stay on my face. Cute glasses!! I love that you showed your amazon dupes, great for pool/beach/theme park days.
😜ur funny. I’m sure by now you’ve made your decision, but if not, I think you should keep the SL’s. There’s a definite difference in shape, which I think compliments your (perfect) face better. Maybe give the Amazon ones to a younger cousin… er somethin.
