I did some testing and assuming the conditions were the same, I believe that 98 could’ve been done with a BMA and Level 20 Adora.

True, navarch leaves only 2 Bloons needed to be countered, super cerams and F bads
There should be an option on challenge editor that allows you to bring more than one hero
It wouldn't be practical since in 99% of situations, one level 20 hero is far superior to 2 level 12 or 14 heroes.

Can you beat a game with only storm towers? (Spike storm, snowstorm, dartstorm, glue storm, superstorm)
You can’t because you can’t buy any of those towers on the first round
Getting on the first round isn't the rule
Then you don’t beat the game with only storm towers if you don’t use a storm tower on the first round
Crab Cowboy isab has done challenges like this where he didn’t even use the specific upgrade he used it’s preoccesoir
