I totally agree that Ines is a Queen through and through. I was very proud of some of the ladies for seeing past (and calling out) the gas lighting, manipulative tactics, and immaturity.
I don't think she and Dom would've had a lasting relationship because he is too agreeable. He does that, and is "so sweet', and so loyal, etc because he is looking for someone outside of himself to fill a void. People do that because they believe that it will make them lovable and deserving of love. That's not living, honestly. From the first moment watching him on the show I thought 'this man has low self-esteem and needs therapy". Without it he will continue to live a life where he believes he is the victim. That's exhausting.

I think he absolutely did care for her, and he could have easily persuaded her to pick him as her match the night Francesca dumped him for Damian. But I also think when Dom and Francesca first got together, one of the competition strategies they talked about behind closed doors was to egg on the person who they felt was crushing on each of them the hardest. We saw that scene where Frankie did it to Nick, (and Nick was so gullible to believe that all the way until the end of the show), and we saw Dom make a joke to Francesca about having a conversation to match with Ines, and we also saw how Dom and Frankie voted in the kissing challenge perhaps as a game tactic to put that kernle of doubt in both Nick and Ines' mind. Do I think Dom and Ines shared a genuine kiss? Yes. And I almost think the reason he said "let's go downstairs" instead of persuading Ines to pick him that night he was dumped, was to protect her (and even more so himself honestly) from the group (especially Frankie's ilk) saying he just went for the rebound / low hanging fruit of a fan girl. Of all the cast members, I think Dom and Ines would be have been the perfect match given their personalities, sincerity, and approach to this competition; however, I do think Ines could acurtatly list most countries on a map, so not sure if they'd be a perfect match forever. lol

I’m right there with you.
To be fair and charitable, they’re all in a controlled bubble for a few weeks with no phones or distractions and free alcohol and food. And they’re constantly getting interviewed by producers in the confessional booth who ask them direct questions about the people they’re with or rivaling against.
It’s bound to cause some warped perspectives and actions, not to say there aren’t dishonest game-players in the bunch as well

I actually never watch these kind of shows but this one really caught me and from the beginning on Dom was my favorite. He showed everyone that you can be loyal, loving and respectful even on a dating show. @@intaksboba Love Island has resulted in several couples that are married with kids. There's like a 5-10% success rate and many couples fail within the the first 6 months of filming ending, but there are people that last.

I rooted for him in Love is Blind as well, but he unfortunately self sabotages in relationships. Natalie didn't give him enough reassurance with comliments and explicit expressions of love. Chloe did all that, but she, also shattered his self confidence when at one point she chose her ex. Shayne is really insecure and cannot handle rejection. Therefore even when things are working out, any mishap he will obsess about. He just won't let it go, cause deep down he believes that everyone will betray and abandon him in the end. And that kinda becomes his self-fulfilling prophecy, his behavior WILL trigger women to leave him.
I just hope he gets a good therapist, cause his issues are fixable, and I believe he's a good guy overall.

With that I think you should drop ‘Perfect Match’ and instead do a REALITY show with the cast members living together and just doing life. That way friendships and relationships can grow organically and we get get all the gossip and drama without people getting voted off?

I loved Dom and Ines so much in this. I wish they fell for each other because they'd constantly want to take care of each other and support and love. Did not expect that from Georgia at all lol I hope Chloe finds a good man.
I hate it when people say "relationships are hard", no they're actually not. People like to purposefully confuse the concept of a relationship, with the problems THEY bring into the relationship, as if to avoid actually taking accountability... In other words, YOU or maybe BOTH OF YOU are making it hard.
Relationships are pretty easy when you both like each other, are committed, are able to make responsible decisions & hold each other and yourselves accountable, and are willing and wanting to grow with each other (aka being an adult). Are there road bumps? Sure there are, but those road bumps should feel like a team tackling an issue, rather than someone fighting against the other. If you're constantly ignoring your partner, flirting with other people, not helping with chores, refusing or not interested in planning for the future, constantly arguing instead of resolving conflict, not willing to set your ego aside and actually LISTEN, that isn't because relationships are hard, that's a YOU problem and not a relationship problem... 99% of all "relationship problems" are simply individual problems that someone doesn't want to fix. Maybe they're too selfish, too lazy, or genuinely too stupid. Either way, if you find your relationship is "hard" in the first year of dating and it's not because of circumstances out of your control, it's time to find a new relationship... And if you're constantly finding that your relationships are hard, its time to look in the mirror.
Personally, I also feel like if your attachment style is anything other than secure, then even if you’re both doing your best, relationships ARE hard bc you have to work through your own trauma and sh*t at the same time - an anxious-avoidant attachment style commenter lol

I wasn't shocked it was a "who's the least offensive couple" award in my eyes. Carousel annoyed me to no end (I started fast forwarding all her scenes towards the end), Shane is still very much unstable, and the others don't count. So they won on Dom is a decent guy and Georgia was nice to him so fair game. There are obviously no perfect matches on the show so chemistry shouldn't really be a voting criteria. Well, that's how I saw it.
