I doubt it was ever underrated but it was definitely over hyped. This mission in particular did leave an impression though, the environment and music matched perfectly.
It was my favorite mission in the game for that reason. Expected more of them to make use of the fun driving physics in the game, but alas it was not to be.

With Watch Dogs 1, it takes a break from all the high speed, high intensity, high risks of the game and has times of patience, quick thinking, quick planning, and stealth. This was in fact my top 3 favourite missions and I loved it a lot.

Totally. After watching Drive, I feel like that movie was a huge influence on Watch Dogs. The vibe, dark themes, the setting, hell even the characters are pretty similar.

In any Clothing store around Chicago, there's an Outfit that called "Driver" with a Glove that just look like the one in Drive.

Watch Dogs 'PS4 E3 2013 Demo Gameplay' [1080p] TRUE-HD QUALITY E3M13 It's the E3 2013 trailer, and I'm specifically referring to the music that plays during the car stealth section and the climactic escape. The part where they're guiding T-Bone has the music that plays in the Retail version of the mission, and that's in every WD gamerip out there.
Shivaxi damn. I was hoping it'd be buried somewhere in the game. It was definitely made for the game, as evidenced by the strings of the car stealth theme being the same as the clarinet that starts the Collateral Mission theme, but was cut for some reason in the final product, and if you ask me I'd say it was to its detriment. The retail version of the Rat's Lair was nowhere near as suspenseful and intense as that demo was, and I'd blame the music in part for that.
To me, the mission was amazing! Amazing Music and Atmosphere built by the Night Time in the rain and the Dialogue Exchange between the passenger and Aiden. Just Amazing.

I was literally stuck on this mission for days
It's not that hard. It took me about an hour the first time I did it but it only took about 15 minutes the second and third time I completed the game
