He is a morning person so he does get up early.. but his comment was the most married comment I’ve heard him say lol all husbands are like, just wake up earlier lol but my husband wouldn’t make me breakfast every day.. that’s just not what couples do
Kyle don’t give Casey a hard time about what time she wakes up. Having a real job can be exhausting. Not all of us go to Hollywood Studios for 3 hours and call it “work.”

My recommendation as an interior design student, it will look better and more balanced if you put the same curtains on all the windows.

I also see that room downstairs as Kyle’s office. I agree with glass doors. If you get your parents and your sister come to say, she won’t have to sleep on the couch. Or if your brother and his family come to stay. They would all have room.
I’d put that livingroom tree in a basket, lift the tree by putting a brick or something in the bottom of the inside of the basket 😊

The living room looks great with the addition of the curtains!! I think you should do the same curtain rods and curtains throughout the first floor since it is all open and if you decide on some pops of color in the separate spaces you could do it with pillows or placemats/napkins. You mentioned replacing the blinds in the dining room: you could get double curtain rods and have a white sheer curtain on the inside and the solid color on the outside. You can close the solid for total privacy and just have the sheer exposed in the day to let light in without the blinds obstructing the window.

Those curtain rods look like they are adjustable by not using all the pieces to create a shorter length just from watching you unscrew or screw them together to make a javelin. Anyways, hope you got one that works for you.

Also if you get a long rug or even the small one by the door get carpet adhesives so the carpet/rug doesn’t slide and people arnt lit. Slidding in it it’s very important to have them especially with hard wood floors

Having curtains is always tedious. They look fantastic. I would hang another set of the same, in the front room. Just to tie up the front space of the house. If you can see the drapes from the street, you want them to all look similar. Also, I’m all about symmetry though. I love them!

I think you definitely need to put the same curtains up in the extra room across from the living room. The look from the outside of your house needs to be similar for all windows facing the street. Personally i think the curtain rods are too high, but that is my opinion only. You don't necessarily need to do the same curtains in the back of the house.

In you’re very first home Vlog I mentioned to put glass doors in the room that’s to the right of the front door and also put a nice rug in there with a desk and I mean not a desk that you were showing at target either or Costco whichever store that was put a stately desk in there, maybe even bookshelves (Built in if you can)
