they're missing some obvious and funamental problems. for one thing, her first move out of the blocks is to lift her heels straight up -see 1:50 mark

Consider regimenting her 1-2 tsp of black cumin seed oil after breakfast to help keep her core young/longevity. As supp matrix component it’ll help protect the entirety of the lphc low back from the inside out by reducing sneaky linear fatigues/inflammations, especially if the age & activity related. Be aware it is an oil, but low dose shouldn’t be an issue; accustom separately & cautiously from training. Investigate effectiveness 🔬. Do it right, not overboard, be sensitive, be aware, safe. Digestion is critical in sports, I Trust you Understand.
Just my opinion/experience from a laborer, life of sports training & novice sprint activity.
    ✝️God Bless✨

People have phenomenal results with 2.5G. Don’t underestimate low dose, especially reducing distresses brought by preworkouts & proteins. I’m telling ya, research it, it’s gold used & understood appropriately. Especially for them athletic youngins recovering from recreational activities.
