It’s a great day when my favorite reactors upload Doctor Who reactions to iconic episodes. All of the River episodes are awesome on rewatch because you know stuff. Rewatches are brilliant.
This is one of my favorite episodes, whenever there is something unsolved that people say "I wonder why that happened?" I say "Because The Doctor failed to stop it.". LOL
The Doctor and River have a lot of secrets that the rest of us aren't privy to, and I think it makes them so much more interesting as a couple.
Jay - almost every reaction misses something that Mels says when she starts to regenerate - Last time, I was a toddler, in the middle of New York. Back in 6x02 at the end, you saw a little girl in the alley, regenerating. So somehow she regenerated into Mels and ended up growing up with Amy and Rory!
One thing I always wondered about rivers diary is, is it bigger on the inside ? I mean it’s quite small considering how many adventures she has and with it being shaped like a tardis does it have more pages on the inside than the outside 🤔

"When I first met the Doctor, he knew everything about me." It's amazing to see that line from the season opener play out in real time. It's also lovely to see the Doctor so protective of River throughout.
In a previous episode, river said she was taught by the best to fly the tardis, and the doctor was busy that day. Busy dying😅
This run of episodes is a masterpiece of television writing
I live river song and I truly think she's the best companion even though they don't have a traditional companion relationship
Great episode. I quote the Doctor's rules to myself when I need them. Particularly "time is not the boss of you" & "never run when you're scared."
Doctor Who has "minisodes" - mini episodes between the official episodes. Most aren't pivotal to the plot of the show but there's a couple about River that
River Song is my fav character too and I love this season and her story so much

Considering your episode rate, even if you sped up to an episode a week youll likely be catching up to release as we go into the next doctor/just after they start in a few years time, which feels wild. But when you do catch up, I feel like you'll be the reactor with the most personal connection to the show
Well, I can agree... River Song is my favourite character in Doctor Who! (not counting the Doctor) I have loved every episode that she has been in! And the Doctor's and River's relationship is so interesting, comlicated but very lovely.
Please react to the night and the doctor minisodes. I agree too. River is is the best character in the Whoverse. Brilliant, beautiful, kickass. Everything I want to be lol 11 is 2nd best in the show. 📘💗
