can i use the same process for bluetooth because i cant seem to connect via bluetooth from pc to phone via bluetooth
Yes my friend you can do that too, Frist connect the both devices via Bluetooth (Your Phone & Laptop) The go to your laptop settings and turn on the Hotspot and from Mobile Hotspot option change the Share my internet connection over - Wi-fi to Bluetooth, and that's it my Friend you did it, I hope i can help that!😊

Does it require the phone's bootloader to.be unlocked? Because I am not.able to perform the ghrnet install. It is showing error
No bro it doesn't require your phone bootloader unlocked, may be the solution what you are looking it's already include in this video so if you didn't watch the full video then I recommend you to watch the full video.
When i download the ADB for windows it doesnt have the API and it said no emulator found
Don't forget to go to your device and enable Settings->Developer Options->USB debugging.
The internet is working so your method also perfectly works. My worry is now that it seems to me like that if I get the Internet on my phone this way, it would consume the data allowance on my phone data plan (as I did not see the wifi signal displayed on my phone). Am I right about that?
No man, it will not consume your mobile data, it will consume your connected pc or laptop data, as you can see you can't see the any connected Wi-Fi or Mobile Data symbol but you will see the "Key" symbol but still you can use the internet & this method called Reverse Thethering.

the problem is i cant use some apps like google play store , youtube , galaxy store...
Because some apps do not recognize the reverse tethered Internet connection because they only check for Wifi or 3G connections. This limitation applies to recent versions of Play Store, RUclips, Gmail and others & it's not an issue in app.

I already have the Debug USB option activated on my smartphone and I have already installed the latest ADB driver on my pc. Any advice for resolving this error?
I just resolved this myself. I have not consented the use of Debug USB when my phone prompted the question. So I have not activated the Debug technically.

Yes, you can do that on Root phone as well as you can do that on Unroot Phone!

@@jitendrapalsingh2389 Basically you need to install the "Hack connectivity service apk, then reboot the phone, open the "Hack connectivity service app" and select "force Wi-Fi" and also "activate traces" basically it Fake the Wi-Fi Connection, Then open Android Reverse Tethering Tool now network should work fine in all the application
