Lucerys knew what he was doing. Lucerys mocked Aemond and laughed at how Lucerys blinded Aemond, as well as when they tricked Aemond into claiming a dragon, that was actually a fucking pig.
Lucerys viciously bullied Asmond all his life, but people think he was a saint because for once in Lucerys’ life, he refused to bully Aemond before he died.

Luke was a 5-year old defending his 6-year old brother from their 10-year old uncle who was going to kill them if he's not stopped.

They constantly bullied him. The night he lost his eye, they were 4 against him. He got hit first and he hit her and didn't follow up yet his nephews decided to gang up on him. And when he took a rock to defend himself which he probably would have killed jace... luce decided to slash him. They could have simply run away from him. And then his nephews proceed to hide behind their mother like they always do. Aemond became the bully after but his resentment came also because he was bullied when he was a kid.

Vhagar claimed Aemond as much as he claimed her. Nothing would have happened if the Strong boys did not provoke him. Then we also have the past bullying. Aemond did not deserve to lose an eye over an insult which is actually true. Nothing about the Strong boys was innocent in that scene other than their age.

Just to be clear, I'm not saying that Luke should have died or lost an eye for it, but he was in the wrong for what he did to Aemond, and he should have gotten some punishment for it.

I Wish someone would have Tried making amendments to Aemond after all the bullying he received maybe the children could have Had stronger ties with each other thus withstand the petty quarrels of some adults, but i can only dream i guess...i mean i can understand why aemonds got all that resentment and hate inside of him even tho it doesnt justify His own behaviours.
