I'm an Iraq veteran with PTSD and getting decent rest, let alone full sleep, can be a chore. Discovering ASMR has been life changing. One of the first videos I stumbled across was yours. I even got a guy I served with to give ASMR a try, and it has helped him, too. So, thank you for what you do.

Only if people were like you Planet Earth would be a better place to live but here in my Country people are arrogant and only care about themselves. Wishing you a wonderful day.

I've been medicated since 2014 as well but in 2019 my Doctor gave me sleeping pills otherwise I can't sleep due to anxiety, I don't have friends, the ones I had told me to get lost when I got diagnosed from depression but luckily I found your channel and you're helping me a lot.
