Boris fx need to create a feature where we can track light .like light metrics so we can save time to light the 2d plate .for example we can get light source and the position and light direction in form of arrow

If you're doing a lot of texture extraction, you may want to look at SynthEyes as another alternative. SynthEyes has more options than when it comes to getting higher quality textures from your video source.

How to import to Blender? I've tried with FBX and the camera didn't move on Blender...

You can also use the USD export from Mocha to Blender.
