If Toruk comes back it would be bigger and more expensive than the banshees and the banshees are $50 so toruk would be around $80-$130

Interesting that the Skimwig is probably you least favourite of the the big things. It's probably my favourite. I love the flying barracuda like design and colour scheme. They hit the nail on the head with the likeness and articulation points not detracting from it's look like the Banshee in regards to the broken up wings.
You’re right about the articulation, for me the banshee has the edge because I can put it in a wider variety of poses (flying with wings in different positions, grounded on all fours or standing on back legs, etc)
I love the skimwing too as it’s only like $30 but with less joints but if I get it I’d say it’s worth the money
Everything that has come out so far is so cool and at the price is unmatched

When I bought this, I was trying to move the right wing but then it actually came off and it’s really hard to put back on because the holder of the wing bulljoint is obstructing the view. It’s like putting the tail to the other half of the body. That’s the downside it’s that the wings and flippers might come off

When I saw the first trailer, I was disappointed because I thought this creature is not as bad ass as the banshees, but now, Skimwing is my favourite! I want one!

I've got to admit, this review made me want to start collecting these figures. But as far as them expanding the line I'm afraid that probably won't happen. I'm still waiting for parademons for my Snyder cut of Justice League. Would have love to have had an army of those beside Darkseid. Still the two Avatar creatures along with riders are pretty cool for a display to put next to my Blu-ray and DVD collection. Like the two EXO suits to. Awesome video

Are the blue rings inside shoulder joint supposed to come out showing gaps in between the inside and them when moving arms?
I had to order Jake online. Got Tonowari and Neytiri from Target but couldn't find Jake.
I dont know which version of Jake to aim for :/ I like that he has a gun but loved the guns from the first movie more. I dont want to get 2 Jakes. Also needed 2 face sculpts. But am glad they made these.

I picked up both Jake an Neytiri banshee, want the Skimwing, but I’m running out of room, they are massive
It looks like a cross between a Gar and a Flying Fish
Still planning to get him for skimwing but still only gripe I got with Jake figure is wish his hair was not puffed up
Saw movie 5 times and feel like it’s all condensed compared to movie look but that’s just me and still think they look amazing.
C’mon McFarlane! Give us giant banshee color variants !!>
Two questions:
1. Can the joker dragon tail plug until the tail slot on the skimwing?
2. Can the wings port into the banshee?
Did they invent immortality? Is reconning with that going to be a theme in the movie? Am I excited for an Avatar movie independent of the toys? Possibly🤪🤪

What's the height of these with the avatars on top and with the wings extended upwards, when they are on the base? Nice review... want to get but not sure if they will fit in my shelves! They look huge.

Had this on display for a year and the plastic on the stand that the metal rod plogs into has been warping due to the weight and can no longer stably support the Skimwing by itself. Anyone else notice this?
Im pretty sure i found thia on amazon and it costs 50 dollars. Imma get it cus it looks cool

In this weird slightly smaller than 1/17 scale Payakan would be 70 inches long. He's one of the smallest tulkans, too.
Great review, I agree this series of figures has been great. A chopper in the same scale would be great, especially if you wanted to army build.

Hey Josh, how's it going? Been a minute since I've seen a your reviews. I remember when we was on one of your lives talking about when these figures coming out... you wasn't so sure on them. I finally found the original jake Sully and banshee figure the other day and picked it up. I'd have to say these figures will be an absolute must for me. Really dig the the pose, it's identical to seeing Jake come out the water with the skimwing creature. Hope all is well bro and as always really enjoyed this review!

How does the quality of these figures compare to the DC Multiverse line? McFarlane’s DC figures break a little too easy in my experience and I want to know if these are more solid
Idk what you mean by break easy
@@JoshFromBefore when I tried to twist the wrist joint of one of my dc figures it snapped off and I have to be very careful with posing them as the joints can be very fragile, unlike marvel legends which almost never have issues with limbs breaking
@@coldboyous Sometimes figures have QC issues like the one you described, but I don’t think “they break easily” is a common complaint. I have dozens of them and only a couple have tight or loose joints, which is a different issue than being fragile.

@@thexipherino667 I think they meant I spoiled Quaritch being an Avatar, but that is also in the trailers + cast interviews + literally anywhere you look. It’s going to be revealed in the first 30 mins of a 3+ hour movie. I was being facetious to bait them into acknowledging their hysterical overreaction,
