Lust is a subject that few care to discuss but one of the main causes that we all stumble and eventually fall into backsliding and walk away from the Lord which is the worst possible thing anyone could do. I needed to hear this because the seven steps you outlined are exactly what go through my mind if and when one of those lustful clouds pass by. The sin of lust can specifically weigh heavy on a person even when sad one in secrecy or when viewed and non-consequential. For everyone, this can damage your relationship with God. If you’re in a marriage, remember that God united one and when you send like this, it’s a sin against your spouse as well as yourself. Just remembered that sins are all weighted evenly whether it’s a thought a word or an action. How easy it is to sin, thank God for our Savior who has redeemed us!

Thanks for talking about this, one thing that allows lust in our life is sexual sin, like watching porn, fornication, adultry, prostitution or anything like that, also I believe that some objects that I had brought in my home were cursed and brought me a conjugal spirit, so these spirits would harass me a lot. So I was led by the Holy Spirit to repent for my sexual sin for example, In the name of Jesus Christ I repent for adultry please forgive me Father also please forgive my ancestors for their sin of adultry and in the name of Jesus Christ I break the curse of adultry for me and for my ancestors going back all the way to Adam and Eve and also I break this curse for my decendants. In the name of Jesus Christ I break all evil soul ties and one flesh ties with ( name of person ) and I break loose and free my self from all these ties through the blood of Jesus. In the name of Jesus Christ I bind the strong man of lust, all conjugal spirits, versace and I bind Disney and I command all these spirits to leave me now and never come back ( if the problem is porn cast that spirit out, just name the spirit by what it does, some spirits will not come out until they here their name like the disney spirit). This is just an example but I did have a versace and disney as my conjugal spirits and the disney spirit was probably the worst, the thing is these spirits their main weapon is to remain hidden but once you know about them they will try to harass you not caring if you know they are there so you will give up, another thing is when people wake up in the middle of the night turned on they think is their sex drive but in my opinion most of the time is these spirits abusing the people but while remaining hidden. The objects I had were versace perfume and clothes and disney movies and a towel these objects may seem harmless but it gives permission to the spirits to attack you if you have them.
Spirit of fornication brought down many ....David ( 2 Samuel 11:2 ...). Solomon ( 1 Kings 11:1..... ). 1 Timothy 5:2 -- Old women, as mothers: young women, as sisters, with absolute purity. Many years ago came across a book in which a student / follower who happens to struggle asks his teacher how to overcome lust to which he suggest that " if one pictures / imagines women as one's mother "...
