Thank you! Ive tried my best to bring this truck back and its still not to where i want. Funny thing when i bought the truck and sat in it even how beat up it was inside and out i fell in love and saw potential 👍🏼
Nice truck, respects the biuld. I’ve had my obs for a year got it with a 4/6 an 20’s. I haven’t got to biuld mine personally yet, I had to replace the tranny myself a month after I bought the truck😢 and I’m barely getting my money up again lmao. I’m hitting that subscribe tho I hope to see more of your truck
Im no fan of lowering trucks, but you have a slick go around truck! Im checking out a 1988 K1500 with a 383 stroker engine lifted on 35" tires. Looks very sick and sound epic only it has loads of stickers which I will remove when I get it.
Well here in The Netherlands its not that huge of a thing "pick up trucks" You see them more and more but mostly for businessess like constructors. Not really for fun like I want. This one I speak about has like 190k miles and costs around 12k euro's
I got mine off of ebay i just keep searching and searching you could try a custom order email the seller or even go on the "forever sharp" website they sell them
Ok.. I’m 5 ft 11 and ride with my seat all the way back in my gmc. I was told I may have to get my box built for my truck. Thanks for the quick response.
Im 5ft 8 i remeber with the original steering wheel there was alot of room but with the new steering wheel theres tons more so maybe that could help you to, my new wheel in the videos is a forever sharp half wrap 14' i think oem is 16 inch
yo man you mentioned you had driveline issues when you dropped your truck. I was just wondering what issues you had cause im having the same issues with mine every time I go lower then a 6 inch drop once I hit 7 it messes up
I was having issues with my driveshaft u joint so i had to replace all of those and my differential was tilting after driving it for a while so i ended up welding scrap metal i had laying around to the leaf spring where the flip kit goes so it wouldnt slide back anymore kind of hard to explain i could send you a picture if you would like of thats the issue you are having
@@Adi.garciia yeah so like every time I put the shackles on and drop it to a 7 inch it’s like the u-joints are binding every time I go above 40mph and coast it makes a grinding noise. When you say you welded a piece on did you basically shim the diff?
Thats similar to what happened to mine have you checked the u joint the little gears may be wasted thats the grinding mine did because the gears inside were all rusted out and wasted, and for the diff yea it kind of was like welding a stopper to where the diff meets the leaf spring welding both sides so it wont move or shift at all
Interior looks really nice
Nice truck man thanks for going into deal with the build it help me out especially on the seats
Always good to know i helped in some way🙏🏽 Thanks for watching!
Sweet truck man love the interior seeing that old pic of the bench seat to what it is now and when you start the truck sounds amazing damn dude

Thank you! That sounds badass especially with that 383 ive been looking for another obs that i would want all stock but prices are up the roof rn

Thats sounds like a really good deal!
Great truck bro
Thanks 🤝🏼
Clean ma boi 🔥
Thanks man 🤙🏽
she was worth all that money 🤩
Clean build. Where did you get the wheel from with the gmc logo? All I find are chevy
I got mine off of ebay i just keep searching and searching you could try a custom order email the seller or even go on the "forever sharp" website they sell them
i just got a 98 with low miles nov 2022 in great shape paid 7k in oregon
Thats such a great deal for a low miles truck, here in cali its 7k for a bucket lol
Bro quick question. I got a forever sharp steering wheel to for my 95 Chevy but got the wrong adapter. How do you find the right adapter
If you go on forever sharp.com theres a tab that says "vehicle adapter search" you should be able to use that to find the right one
How are you not going to show the engine. Hahaha 🤦🏻♂️. Nice truck tho
Are u able to slide your seats all the way back with the speakers?
Pretty much 90% all the way back i think its 1 seat click away from being all the way back if that makes sense

@@Adi.garciia Ok. Thanks
Where did you get your interior done ✅?
I did it all myself, only thing that i didnt do was upholster the seat i got it done at a private shop
@@Adi.garciia what shop did it for you ?

Also with my 7 inch drop my diff was hitting frame alot so i did the monster notch, right now im at a 10 inch and havnt had anymore issues

Yea just bought a new one from autozone
Where did you buy the steering wheel? Link??
fssteeringwheels.com/products/14-black-muscle
You have to buy the adapter or else you cant use it its around $167 for the steering wheel and another 30-50 for the adapter
The one i have is the 14 inch half wrap with the gmc button
@@Adi.garciia appreciate it ma Boy 🔥
What about the adapter what option is?
Looks like you need new springs it’s sitting really low
The front springs are beltech 2 inch drop springs
I was offered $25K for my bone stock 1997 K1500 with 224 thousand miles on it.
Thats a crazy offer man! Prices are forsure through the roof now especially for bone stock trucks for some reason people love the obs trucks now haha
Yeah o[ooooooook
shoulda taken it. these trucks are a dime a dozen
you spending way to much bro
Honestly would be alot more, i do all the work so i dont pay for labor
