      What's dumbfounding are the basic security "features/protections" already available that people won't (don't) use. Take MFA/2FA for example. There was this pretty massive "security study" and it concluded that approx. 90% of consumer level hacking/breaches could have been avoided if MFA/2FA were used. For most people, security isn't important until *after* they need it, almost like insurance. Security is inconvenient and let's face it, most people are lazy and make for easy targets.

    Software defined radio is just a receiver which visually displays all signals it receives on it's radio antenna. Ham {amateur} radio operators have been using them for years to visually display the radio frequency spectrum they are interested in. We used to tune across bands and listen to each individual frequency. Also assists in determining where interference is radiating from so it can be negated.

    • @Beeti1
      @Beeti1 4 месяца назад +2

      That's not what software defined radio is. That's just one thing you can use it for. A software defined radio is one where the demodulation and other components are done by software instead of by hardware as on a normal radio receiver.

    I hope this message finds you well. My name is Nati, a 19-year-old residing in Ohio, USA. I recently came across your RUclips channel, the Shawn Ryan Show, and I am truly inspired by the content you create.
    I am reaching out to you today because I am a new resident in the United States, having arrived as a refugee nine months ago. Life has presented its challenges, but I am determined to overcome them and share my talents with the world.
    I believe that your platform could be an incredible opportunity for me to showcase my skills and connect with a wider audience. I am writing to seek your guidance and support. If there's any way we could collaborate, whether through an interview, a feature, or any other form of collaboration, I would be immensely grateful.
    I understand that you are busy, but even a few words of advice or direction would mean a lot to me. I admire the positive impact your show has, and I am eager to learn from your experiences.
    Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I am looking forward to the possibility of working together and am open to any suggestions or insights you may have.
    Best regards,
    Nati

    12:00 , I love the video mike made with all the news stations franticly reporting on this OMG cable and using USB data blockers as a preventative safety measure,,,, and then it cuts to his face saying "about thattttt" drops beastie boys sabotage! Shows the "usb UnBlocker" an malicious USB condom. It looks like hak5 is back , at least Darren and others, great to see them and not SM. The new Threatwire girl is good too I can't think of her name or I'd plug it, her catchphrase is "dont get caught". Hope they never go away.

    That gun choice depends on the hands size, so that hacker must have small hands to kind of make that gun work tbh, otherwise you kind of want the Shield Plus... that is if you want that reliability in usage when you actually need to make things work out for you smoother.

    • @markschoch9509
      @markschoch9509 11 месяцев назад

      The gun in this clip is the p365 XMacro, which is bigger than the Shield Plus. I know Ryan said it was a P365, but he said it's the latest version of the p365 and he also stated it holds 17 + 1 rounds and only the Macro comes with 17 rd magazines.q

    Knowing a ton of programmers/coders/hackers i feel this guy is just not that. He runs out of breath easily sign of being nervous his voice trembles when speaking typically associated with lying. He is not able to go with full details of what does what. He uses umm a lot when being asked to describe the devices quickly trying to remember what his own gadgets do. Body language says a lie. 1 a hacker will never ever reveal their sources its non ethical nor is it devotion. Creators of these tools damn sure would not want to be called out by name. I could very well be wrong... But, in my honest opinion guy mostly just wanted to be on t.v. As someone who knows people who are on computers doing this work for 15-20 hours a day would call this guy a script kiddy.
