Thank you so much for this video! I have been trying to glow-up for a very long time now and looked at many videos hoping to get some advice. However, the videos focus on physical health only. This video includes mental health as well which makes me happy because people glowing-up just isn’t about just your physical health. Mental health is just as important as your physical health. Thanks again for this video and for giving me motivation to glow-up and become a better version of myself!
