  • I taught all my friends how to make the fastest French cake!
    ► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
    Butter 100 g
    Water 125 ml
    Milk 125 ml
    Salt 0.5 tsp
    bring to a boil
    Flour 150 g
    Mix well immediately
    Place the dough back on the stove for a few minutes to dry out
    Allow the choux pastry to cool slightly for a few minutes
    Eggs 4 pcs
    Gradually add eggs, 1 piece at a time!
    The dough should reach this consistency
    It is better to pipe thick, short strips of dough
    Water
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 - 30 minutes
    I got almost two full trays of it
    Cream 500 ml
    Powdered sugar 160 g
    Sour cream 150 g
    First mix half of the profiteroles and half of the cream
    Ring 20cm
    Then do the other half
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
    Melt 100 g of chocolate
    add some vegetable oil
    Decorate the cake
    The cake is amazing!
