I wanted to give a shout out to Alex at the Rogue booth. I was trying a bunch of things out on my own and then as soon as I was wrapping up, he came over and answered a ton of questions. I think we ended up chatting for 20-25 minutes. It’s a shame they couldn’t do interviews. I get the concerns around the prototypes changing before launch, but they could have easily said these weren’t final. Alex was the first one to clue me into the twin version that is launching next month and the new cable tower. I was taking pictures and getting information back to the Home Gym Discord 😂
Also the Facebook group. A ton of people that couldn’t make it to Home Gym Con appreciated the early look and information we were able to share. A really underrated part of the event.

I feel bad because I forget his name but the shorter guy at the rogue booth was SUPER nice! I introduced myself once on Friday and he remembered my name at the end of Sunday. I had a great experience with rogue. They had interactive feats of strength to try, and all the employ(to me) were very friendly. I ended up spenders more money at rogue than any other booth.
There was indeed a strongman event at year one of HomeGymCon. It was a Log Press event that Kurt ran.
