      That is not the reason for high food prices. It’s the price gouging through all the stages of food production after farming

    I can't imagine insurance companies wanting to underwrite beachfront homes on the seaward side of barrier islands. People who take that risk are putting everyone else at risk of increasing taxes and insurance premiums. The state should step in and regulate their building; essentially a policy of "build at your own risk - no reimbursement available" to ensure the public isn't going to suffer because of builders talking tremendous risks for the sake of their property value.

    We need a nationwide land survey for areas that are not suitable for homes. Permits to build in those areas should be forbidden. Homes already in those areas need to be self-insured.

    • @rogerdittus2952
      @rogerdittus2952 5 дней назад

      Actually no,. 2.7 F sounds about right. NASA's GISS graphs page shows global average surface temperature in 2023 was roughly 1.4 degrees C above the temperature 100 years ago. And 2024 is expected to be slghtly warmer than 2023.
      In Celsius, 2.7 degrees F would be 1.5 degrees.

    8:33 sea rise and the Continental Shelf. Then each continental region also has pocket caldera activity. So as the water rises the terrain slides into the Ocean. The Continental shelf quickly turns into hills and mountains as you head away from water.
    Eventually, as you survive the climate disaster your area is doomed to experience ; you feel unlucky. However emotional intelligence will rise quickly during and after the event. Lucky if you live in a long line region; probably small amounts of uncertain climate degeneration, safe for a while. War changes the weather quickly, which is why satellites with guns are a "bad idea". The Earth will change because the Earth is changing. -Commish

    Heat and population increase are soon exponential increments of an exponential whole. More babie mean more adults. More adults mean more money. More money means more production and the product not only the production cause exponential heat waves. Exponential heat wave? Eventually it is the whole season above ninety degrees every day in all the places with "activated pollution." Respect; NYC is guaranteed an epicenter for the event. When pollution becimes activated. Compare to activated charcoal as for gut health.

    I achieved carbon neutrality this summer with the equipment in the Icon photo.
    We introduce other effective heat shielding measures on our homepage.
    A small solar panel with a maximum capacity of 2.3kW was installed later on the roof, which significantly reduced electricity consumption at night, thereby reducing CO2 emissions.
    If many people agree to reduce electricity consumption, we can slow the damage caused by global warming.
    This action will reduce unnecessary electricity bills and stabilize the prices of insurance and food.
