2016 C7 Z06 Corvette Review - A ZR1 Look-A-Like Z06?!?!

In this video I review a 2016 C7 Z06. This Z06 looks a lot like a C7 ZR1 but it is actually a Z06 that came with the Z07 performance package. The owner added the ZR1 front bumper mainly for cooling the car down while tracking it (along with other mods to help with cooling) and he also added the ZR1 rear spoiler for the very aggressive look. Personally, I really love the look of this Z06 and it was an amazing car to drive!

Let me know what you guys think of this 2016 Z06. I absolutely loved driving this thing and I love the ZR1 look. Also, remember that this ZR1 "conversion" was mainly for its function on the track.

I’ve been on the fence for so long about wanting to do the ZR1 front bumper on my GS. It definitely makes the car look different but I think it’s debateable weather it looks better or not. I think it looks best on the actual factory ZR1 and with the shaker hood on it, and just the overall wider look from the front. Once again, I think I’m going to hold off on getting that front bumper for mine. I just don’t know if I like the looks of it.

nice reveiw...i had a 18 gr. sport with the 8 speed autom.transm....i traded it in late last year 4 an 19 zo6...7 speed manuel transm.. THE 4TH GEAR ON THE 7SPEED MANUELS ARE A 1:1 SO 5-7 ARE OVERDRIVES/THE 8 SPEED AUTOM 6TH IS A 1:1....SO IT HAS 2 OVERDRIVES.I WOOD TAKE THE MANUEL ANY DAY OVER THE AUTOM...SO MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE 2 DRIVE...ESP..WITH THE REV. MATCH!!!

The combination of bumper, chrome wheels, and huge wheel gap looks janky as hell. But race car.
