Hifi Sean + David McAlmont, 'Living Things' @ Omeara, London 10.2.24

It was a joy to see at last the partnership and friendship of Hifi Sean and David McAlmont. They played the intimate Omeara last Saturday. David came right to the edge of the stage so I'm looking right up at him! As the third night of their mini-tour, poor David had lost his voice and his falsetto but listening back to this video, I think he did remarkably well to belt out the beautiful sad songs he and Sean have created. They seem to be on a creative streak together and played a number of new songs in addition to a lot of the songs from last year's debut, 'Happy Endings'. I think this song is a new one!
