The Nittos are pretty good! Also the Toyo Open Country AT3s not mentioned in your video are amazing too! I found the toyos to be even better than the Nittos overall because of the snow rating and better warranty.
My two favorite tires are The Nitto Ridge Grappler that I bought from Custom Offsets and the Toyo AT3. Hands down two of the best truck tires right now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BOTH. I live in New England and they are both superior in the snow, mud, and road.

Over the years I've had a set of grapplers get iffy on the overall mileage... but still ride super nice so I stick to them. I Know it's personal opinion, but on large/wide wheel setups the Ridge Grapplers are fantastic. On standard wheel sizes with winter travels/mud and even summer pavement travels, the Duratracs are absolutely incredible. You'll never go wrong with a set of Duratracs.
I've been running the same set of 35x12.5-17 Nitto Terra G2's since 2016 on my 16 Ram 1500 RCSB 4x4 rotated every 5000miles and now looking to buy the same for sure,,, 93,000 plus.
What about the new Mickey Thompson Baja boss a/t. Made in the USA , aggressive side wall, 50k mileage warranty, severe weather rated, great looking thread pattern and are quiet on the road. Would like to see a video with the db meter on those bad boys.
What’s with all you guys getting A/T tires? My Nitto Trail Grapplers gave me that super aggressive look that I wanted while also giving me great traction on wet and dry pavement, the Ironmans or whatever that came with my Silverado were okay but at interstate speeds they became very loose feeling. My truck loves 80-90 and hitting the wood at those speeds would sometimes cause the rear end to come out but never anything crazy, it’d usually freak my buddy out in the passenger seat tho lol. After I got my Nittos on the rear end actually felt connected to the ground and I can really feel it engaging my shocks through corners.
I had 2 sets of Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my dually. Probably one of the best tires I ever used. I just recently sold that truck and got a 2022 F250 and order new wheels and tires and I went with the Renegade RT this time. I've always went with the big name brand tires but I have a cousin that is running the Renegades RT's on has Chevy Duramax and he loves them. So I'm gonna give them a try.
Nittos seem to be treating me ok right now...have to see how long they last. Would like to try BFGs but where I'm at they are 100 bucks plus a tire higher than any other brand??? Years ago they used to cost about the same but they are pretty proud of their brand now.
I only have about 8700 miles them. They seem to hold up fine. I tow my toyhauler which is about 11k plus the camper shell and all my camping and hunting gear. The tires I have are F rated 12 ply and 80psi. They are stiff at that psi. I keep them at 65 with no problems. The nittos seem a bit smoother driving 75 mph but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another set.
Ko2s suck in mud and snow, not to mention they wear very fast. Surprised not seeing Duratracs, Baja Boss at’s, Cooper discoverer Rugged Treks, Open country At3s, not to mention 5-6 other great tires.
went from 33 ko2 to 35s nitro ridge grapplers and the ko2 are terrible in the rain and get no traction with the wider ridge grapplers get way more traction.
Man I absolutely love my Radar RTs, not even as bad as you'd think they would be on ice/winter driving either. I've got 285/75R18's on my wrangler with gladiator overland wheels $1200cdn all in locally for 5 tires (basically 34.8x11.2") will be buying again.
I got the venoms. The guy warned me he can’t guarantee balance. And he was alittle right. Tires work great till 75 mph. Then they wobble. Love the tires. But it’s strange.
I'm running a set of goodyear wrangler duratrac's and they currently have 73k miles on them and still have plenty of tread. Could probably make it to 100k. They make alot of noise though especially between 50 and 60 mph.
Not sure if I just had a bad set, or if they’re not a good match for a Tacoma but the ridge grapplers that came on my truck were some of the worst tires I’ve ever had. They were good on dry pavement but would push the front end in wet parking lots, and would break traction at around 45mph when accelerating in the wet, and they were pretty slippery in the snow. Ended up taking them off at 8,000 miles and selling them. I was pretty surprised considering how much good stuff you hear about them online.
Definitely not just you, i have a set of Ridge Grapps on my F150 & they’re scary on wet roads. Almost lost my stuff a few times. I will definitely not be buying another set.
I had bad luck with my RG 295/65R20. I got close to 40k miles out then before they were bald. I couldn’t pull out in the rain with out spinning wheels and they wasn’t great in the snow either. I now run OC AT3 and they grip much better. If I get 50k miles out of them I will stick with the Toyos.
I bought my 2017 Ram 1500 limited 2 years ago. It has ridge grapplers on it. A couple of them are cupped so bad. Way over priced IMO. I think they suck honestly. Way over hyped.
I've had KO2s, DuraTracs, Wild Peaks, Toyo OC AT3s (current), and Cooper AT3s. I think they were all fine. I don' think any stuck or lagged drastically. I have a new pickup order, and just for the heck of it, I ordered Kenda AT2s for summer and fall and I also ordered Nokian Hakkapeliita R3's (studded) to use in the winter. (our winter is like 5-6 months here). I asked two different tire store owners "If you got free tires, any price, and kind, any manufacturer, knowing what you know as a tire store owner, what tire would you pick for your own vehicle and your families vehicles"-- BOTH guys said DuraTrac's. Even though he said that...I went with Kenda AT2s. Just cuz I've never had them and I've read some good things.
@@jsilvs27 I'm not a tire store owner. They are all 3 top notch tires. All 3 are 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake rated. I'd go by which one looks the best you or cost simply because all 3 get great reviews. Some reviews say Duratrac is best. Some say Wildpeaks. Some say KO2. I don't think you'll go wrong with any of them..
THANK YOU for this-- I'm buying a GX470 soon and have to decide which tires I want.. THIS helps A LOT>. thanks much. (since I haven't bought tires for anything, much less an SUV in YEARS)..
Mickey Thompson Baja boss AT are the best tires I have ever run off-road performance is insane and they are well mannered on the road. Reasonably priced too
I've read a few people switching out their Nittos for those Mickey Thompsons. I was originally thinking about getting those, but I've read a lot of bad stuff about the ridge grapplers lately.

Ran a set 35 inch ridge grapplers on my f350 and absolutely loved them. On or off road they got me anywhere I wanted to go and held up way better than I thought they would on a f350 diesel. I want to put some on jeep tj but I need to swap out wheels first because they don't make a ridge grap for 15 in wheels, atleast not that I've found
Nitto terra grappler g2 gave me a bad tast. Had set on a crew cab 4th gen hemi 4wd an if the dew fell in the grass u had to use 4wd to drive in the yard. An it was once a week getting them balanced. Bought a set of mastercraft an changed my life for ever. All three of my vehicles are running mastercraft now. Cheap tire with great life. Their axt2 all terrain is 55 k tire.
I added the Ridge Grapplers to my RAM 3 years ago. They have been great, except they are NOT quiet. Especially on asphalt, and they are getting worse with age. That is my only complaint though.
That's great that they mount and balance tires and ship them to your door. But if you have an issue with the tires as I did. You are told, tough luck. I literally drove 3 miles on a set of Radar Renegade AT5. They sang like an opera singer. I asked about returning them and was told, no. They had been driven on. I asked, how am I supposed to know how bad these tires really are unless personally hearing them? Even my running shoes I have the option to wear for 30 days, get them stinky and dirty, and still send them back. Any way, I've been told to essentially pound salt.... And so the wheels and tires sit in the garage. Put the factory wheels and Falken Wildpeaks back on. Quiet as can be.
What's even more unfortunate is my wife and my son ordered a complete set of wheels and tires for their Wrangler and gladiator. All 3 orders totalling about $10k. Still same response.
Currently running completely bald and dry rot tires so now we got maximum traction

I've been running the same set of 35x12.5-17 Nitto Terra G2's since 2016 on my 16 Ram 1500 RCSB 4x4 rotated every 5000miles and now looking to buy the same for sure,,, 93,000 plus.
Jesus!
What about the new Mickey Thompson Baja boss a/t. Made in the USA , aggressive side wall, 50k mileage warranty, severe weather rated, great looking thread pattern and are quiet on the road. Would like to see a video with the db meter on those bad boys.
Definitely not a bad suggestion!! We will look into that!
How the heck does this channel not have over 1M subs? Bangin content as usual!
That’s a good question, help us get there!! 😎
@@CustomOffsetsTV always share your vids. Also have both my personal and work accounts subbed.
I had both, nitto rigde grappler and radar renegade rt+ I like rt+ better off roading performance but a bit louder than the nitto on pavement.
Running 33s on 22x12 with Nitto Ridge Grapplers have a good amount of miles on them and they do create a good amount of road/highway noise for me
Not much sidewall on your setup, fella
I had 2 sets of Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my dually. Probably one of the best tires I ever used. I just recently sold that truck and got a 2022 F250 and order new wheels and tires and I went with the Renegade RT this time. I've always went with the big name brand tires but I have a cousin that is running the Renegades RT's on has Chevy Duramax and he loves them. So I'm gonna give them a try.
Right on!
Nittos seem to be treating me ok right now...have to see how long they last. Would like to try BFGs but where I'm at they are 100 bucks plus a tire higher than any other brand??? Years ago they used to cost about the same but they are pretty proud of their brand now.
@AZ FIG So a year later, how have the Renegade RT held up against the Ridge Grapplers?
Ya how those tires holding up?
I only have about 8700 miles them. They seem to hold up fine. I tow my toyhauler which is about 11k plus the camper shell and all my camping and hunting gear. The tires I have are F rated 12 ply and 80psi. They are stiff at that psi. I keep them at 65 with no problems. The nittos seem a bit smoother driving 75 mph but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another set.
Cooper at3 xlt. Got rid of nittos and tried the coopers and man, what a great tire. Just my experience.
Wish u would do this for like the meatless tires. We want to know about the most aggressive tires.
Ko2s suck in mud and snow, not to mention they wear very fast. Surprised not seeing Duratracs, Baja Boss at’s, Cooper discoverer Rugged Treks, Open country At3s, not to mention 5-6 other great tires.
That Tundra is still my favourite truck you guys have done. Sigh….I miss Fuller too.
went from 33 ko2 to 35s nitro ridge grapplers and the ko2 are terrible in the rain and get no traction with the wider ridge grapplers get way more traction.
Hi do y’all have an update on the predator new mutant xrt?
Loved my Ko2s until I got front tire wear. Then they got loud to the point I thought my axles were rattling.
Man I absolutely love my Radar RTs, not even as bad as you'd think they would be on ice/winter driving either. I've got 285/75R18's on my wrangler with gladiator overland wheels $1200cdn all in locally for 5 tires (basically 34.8x11.2") will be buying again.
I tried a set on my 3500 and they were so out of round the tire shop could not balance them.
Surprised the Toyo at3 didn't make it on the list
Killer but inventory is low let typically unfortunately
What is the better hybrid overall tire between the Venom Power terra hunts xts or the nitto ridge grappler for snow and ice?
Bfg ko2 was the the first RT hybrid tire
What’s y’all’s take on the new kenda klevers?
Best tires 2022 hands down Mickey Thompson Baja Boss. Not even a close 2nd. I’m running 33x11.5 on my Canyon
I ran the KM three's on my F150 lasted 3 and a 1/2 years almost 4 years. That's pretty damn good for ABF goodridge they're the best.
What about Goodyear Duratracs?
Love my ko2 bfg..... worth every penny.
Been running hankook Mt 265/75/16 for four years still got at least half tread and plan on repurchasing them but might go with 33
any falken wildpeak users here?
Absolute killer tire in winter weather!
I am and I love mine.
It will be my next tires on my Grand Cherokee trailhawk!!
Have them on the ol lady's jeep, great tires! 🤘
Loved the wildepeak on my tacoma in Wisconsin especially in the snow but they dont seem to last as long as the more premium brands
I got the venoms. The guy warned me he can’t guarantee balance. And he was alittle right. Tires work great till 75 mph. Then they wobble. Love the tires. But it’s strange.
The nitto ridge grappler would be my only option seeing they don't offer 35x11.5 20 in any of the other brands
Best tire is the one available right now. 315/75/r16 : left the chat
What about the duratracs?
Where do they stack up in the A/T world?
I run them on the 1500 Ram and they are killer!
I ran my ridge grapplers for 2500 miles and sold them.. not what they claim they are..
Way over hyped.
im buying 5 years tires from tire4coin
Any thoughts on Pro comps
Deciding between duratracs, wildpeaks, and ko2s what do you recommend?
What about Cooper Rugged Trec they been a great all around tire for me
I got 80k on my KO2s, doing 5-tire rotations every 5k, and still have 6-7 /32s on them
Mickey Thompson Baja boss AT are the best tires I have ever run off-road performance is insane and they are well mannered on the road. Reasonably priced too
I've read a few people switching out their Nittos for those Mickey Thompsons. I was originally thinking about getting those, but I've read a lot of bad stuff about the ridge grapplers lately.
@@jayk.2276 I love mine been 5k highway and another 2k off-road no issues at all good grip well mannered on the road haven't gotten stuck yet and I own a 66 acre farm with 2 rivers running through it
@@jacobsiegfried1498 snow performance??
@@jayk.2276 Just had a foot of snow felt like driving on a dry road
@@jayk.2276 Tried to get it to do donuts and she would slide about 6 inches and stop
Love my nitto ridge grapplers 305/70r16
How is the predator and the renegade as a all season tire. I love the look of them both and happy to hear they both come in bigger sizes but I live in Ohio and get plenty of snow in the winter time I had some gladiators before and they was not really winter friendly. Definitely looking to get some new aggressive looking tires but I also don't wanna have to switch my tires out twice a year like before. Thanks in advance
Finally have the ko2 in a video. Wish us was higher but I will accept it they do lack on sizes for larger wheels
Hello , Are you dealing the BIAS tyres ?
65k miles on my ridge grapplers still have tread. I have like 6 nails in tires now bo leakage. I have 209 000 miles and im only on my 3rd set. There worth it !
Any way yall can do a video on best truck tires for the rainy wet roads for the southern folks?
Ooooo now that’s not a bad idea!
Yes would to hear about it also!
I’m looking for tires that are aggressive but at the same time do good on the road and rain
There is no reviews on that
How do the Cooper discoverer rugged treks compare?
I'm still waiting on a Nitto Recon Grappler review. I make them so I'd like to know what you guys think
We will add it to the list!!
Cooper pro have done by far the best for me pulling horse trailer through deep mud and timberline snow. 10 ply tire. I have run nitto Yokohama they don't get the mileage.. I want an American tire for a fair price with the longest mileage and throws thee biggest rooster tail of mud, I use and abuse big mud tires , oh yeah and my Cummins needs tires that won't wear out if I throttle up and lay a black tracks for a few hundred feet
On my 2019 6.7 power stroke F 250, my wheels keep deforming when I trailer something. I’m running 325/50/22 Arturo tires right now. Any recommendations?
Love the videos but not the prices. Almost ordered tires then I seen at least 2 weeks for arrival. Went to my local tire shop and they're charging at least 500 under what offset is charging for a set of 4.
Which one in this review are the widest? In a 35 12.50
Im looking to get new tires for my truck a 2015 ram 2500 diesel i do alot of highway driving(i drive back and forth between NJ ans CT) but its my work truck and i also drive off road alot for work in quarries and in muddy job sites. in the last 2 years i put 55-65k mile on my truck what tires do you recommend i was leaning towards bf goodrich HD terrain t/a kt or mickey thompson baja boss m/t's. I want something that wont wear quick but will have good traction offroad.
Can you fit 38x1350x20 on an 8” BDS coilover suspension lift (2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4)?
Goodyear or bf Goodrich kinda think would go with next
I am running atts tires for a rwd Chevy avalche take it to the roads gets good traction!
What about Kenda Klever RTs vs Nitto Ridge Grapplers? Both 35s on 18’s?
Both are great tires!
Currently needing new tires....these Toyos lasted 5years!!! ATII . But no longer available.....guess will do the ATIII or the predator for my ram
Not bad options!
Love my radar renegade rt+ in winter, nice and quiet too
What are you guys think about the falcon tire
Not a bad option at all especially for the price point!
Ran a set 35 inch ridge grapplers on my f350 and absolutely loved them. On or off road they got me anywhere I wanted to go and held up way better than I thought they would on a f350 diesel. I want to put some on jeep tj but I need to swap out wheels first because they don't make a ridge grap for 15 in wheels, atleast not that I've found
Same here, 37s
I only buy my tires from tire4coin
tires are best on tire4coin
It would be great if toyo updated its r/t then I would go back bit right now I have nitto ridge grapplers
Never heard about any tires. Only the ko2s and nitto
