You don't want to get too much cast speed since skills have cooldown, so you should get just enough to have cast speed and cooldown in sync, ideal trigger rate appears to be 1.73. So goal is to get as close to 1.73, even if you add 1% cast speed above that, it goes to 1.45, which is not good. Also to note: PoB is bugged with skills from Staff, if you sort uniques for dps, all will show -30% dps for some reason. Once you add any unique to build, it makes arcane surge and inspiration to stop working for those skills. Only way to fix it is reboot PoB.

if i remember correctly u should use unleash on it, the damage reductiong doesnt happen cus of how the staff works but it will cast both the fire and lightning together each cast
It does, but you have to wait for unleash charges to recharge, which makes flameblast cast not as frequent, so its just damage loss since its most of this build damage, and you also lose damage support

after getting baited by 'path of exile builds' and leaguestarting flicker strike last time i played, ur builds have saved this game for me. thank you :) any plan on impending doom witch or ice witch? 😳
If im doing witch builds, only after marauder. Something with cold damage for sure, but impending doom seems good only with shako, and those are very expensive.
Maybe a weird question but: I am totally new to the game and I got alot of divine and 1 high level character - but i still dont understand 10% of the game, are those builds good to learn more than 1 class? Like do you learn something if you rebuild those or is this just fun.
Ofc, even i learn something doing those builds, and its interesting. Usually i do existing builds that i never played before, change them slightly to fit into budget. Trying different gear, gems and tree, its cool. Unlike this build that i made myself. but its not like rocket science stuff, simple concept, slap that staff in weapon socket, slap supports, make tree for elemental/crit damage, since its staff also add block. Then because build do ignite, chill, shock and scorch using stuff that benefit from applying elements is good idea, like Taming rigns and Yoke. And that's pretty much whole build. For me its simple, for new player probably not because they simply not aware of existing of one or another unique.
