  • This is a Ricardo de la Riva Signature Attack Sequence that I learned directly from the man himself when I lived in Rio de Janeiro. Often it ends with the Omoplata, but you might get the odd scream along the way! Give a like and Comment if you enjoyed the techniques :D Click CC for Subtitles.

      @@InvisibleJiuJitsu no thank you sir!!! I just drilled this with my roommate so smooth it's the hooks you have on the hips so much control. You mentioned a different version of the omaplata towards the end of your video. Would you be willing to point me in the right direction to study it?
      Thank you for your response you're such a great teacher. Love your videos!

    Good cogent instruction, and not that much of a bellend. Nice to see the sub count increasing as a result. Cheers!

    Looks very good and simple, I ´ll try it tomorrow and Monday with the gi, guess I can sleeve grip instead of holding the triceps.

      @InvisibleJiuJitsu  5 лет назад +1

      Could do exactly the same in the Gi, ir you could use any of your preferred grips to get to that one knee in one knee out feet on hips position to attack from

    Hey everyone, I'm a kickboxer who wants to transition to MMA, but I'm struggling to understand any of this BJJ, can someone explain to me what they are doing?
