Gonoise launched this product on 19 dec 2023 and prior to that they even sold pure pod pass for 499 claiming that if we purchase this pass, they will reserve one product for pass holder. But even after buying the product within 10 mins on the launch, they did not ship the product. So far i have raised 4 complaints and they have closed them without providing refund of the pass amount. Be careful with this company. They dont care about customers complaints. I got cheated by this company. Stay away from Noise products.
Never ever buy this product or any product at that from noise, I recently bought this and I didn’t like the quality and the fit of the product tried to return it and I got an answer from then that our return policy does not allow us to refund the amount you paid, the return policy is no where mentioned when we are purchasing the product, this company and the way they are conducting their operations are fraud, I warn everyone who is thinking of buying this please don’t or else you will lose the money you paid.
First replace this product 1st time and 2nd they refund your money as return policy.

Its most weird product people going for it as a primary audio device its a strict no , no bass no great sound not for gaming , call part okayish , dont know wht company was thinking while making , its neither a bud nor a boneconduction thing its just a dumb audio device clealry missing out the purpose .Air conduction / air wave tech is simply a speaker over ear ,sound quality is a big thumbs down .
