    I dont think the legendary v10 can be replaced at this point, its a classic! However, this touareg escape in your hands could also be made an instant classic! looking forward to what you guys do with it and what the vehicle is capable of!!!

    No! The V10 is irreplaceable. Even a Cayenne Turbo is too different of a car to replace the V10...

  • @Dan23_7
    @Dan23_7 Год назад +16

    No, keep the v10, it’s one of a kind with what you’ve med it, and they’re rare too. Perhaps put it in snug like the Arosa.
    My uncle had a Mk1 v6 that was faultless, he swapped it for a mk2 and got rid within a month 😂

    Escape model with a lot of extras. Air suspension. Alcantara and Napa leather multi way seats with memory position. Rear climate control. Electric fold towbar. BiXenon headlights. Tinted rear glass. Piano black dash inlays. Parking heater. Area view 360 cameras. Anything else? Someone definitely knew what they were buying when they ordered that car. Only 3% of all Mk2 Touaregs were Escape models and very few of those had this many options on them. About £10,000 of options from what I can see.

      Yes I thought they only came in basic spec as I had a look on Autotrader and they all seemed basic and didn't really take my fancy. Whilst i'd like one I'd want more spec. Good to know there are some with higher spec.

    Very excited about this. I picked up a 2015 escape with the 262bhp v6 2 weeks ago with a view to turning into an offroader so I can't wait for you guys to do some product development on this platform. I will be 1st in the queue!

    What do you guys prefer to daily ? A f15 x5 diesel , or a 2012 touareg tdi? I’m only asking because I recently sold my touareg . Which only had a delete .. to pick up this x5 diesel . I’m finding the touareg was a far comfier ride , Handled better ,. This x5 has tons of power , is better on fuel , but I’m finding it to be somewhat floaty in the suspension , when I switch to sport, it’s almost too rigid . . Curious what you guys prefer .

    Finally a V6 7P!
    I love mine and had multiple comments whilst green laning that it’s out of place and should be on the school run… but it keeps up with most things on the lanes then has the comfort when you’re back on the road (unlike a Disco…!)
    Would love a snorkel for mine as the intake sits really low and I’ve had to put a ramair on for now!
    Would have loved an escape but when I was looking they were few and far between and I couldn’t resist mine at £7k!
