Recipe -
You'll need:
1 Yellow Onion
3 Yams
2 tsp Chili Powder
1½ tsp Italian Seasoning
1 can Chicken Broth
1 can of Corn
1 can of Black Beans
1 can of Pinto Beans
2 cans of Diced Tomatoes
Dice Onion and Yams
Sauté onions with a little broth and add 2tsp Chili Powder and 1½tsp Italian Seasoning
In a large pot, put diced yams and 1 can of chicken brother and enough water to cover the yams.
