** THE RECIPE**
White Sauce:
Heat 1Tbsp butter and add 2Tbsp of flour. Cook 2 Min, whisk in 3/4 Cup of hot milk. Set aside
Scampi Sauce:
Heat 3Tbsp Butter, 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1/2 tsp red pepper. Cook 2 min. Add 1/2 cup wine and1 cup broth.
Cook Chicken at 375 for 25 min
with Bell Peppers
