Mario Sports Superstars is an upcoming Mario sports title for the Nintendo 3DS.
It features a variety of sports in which Mario and many other characters from the Mario universe can compete, including soccer (previously playable in the Mario Strikers series), baseball (previously playable in the Mario Baseball series), tennis (previously playable in the Mario Tennis series), golf (previously playable in the Mario Golf series), and horse racing (a new sport in the Mario sports spin-offs).
Up to six players can participate in this game.
The game will be compatible with amiibo, and a new Mario Sports Superstars line of amiibo cards are confirmed to be released for the game.
Those who purchase one of the "initial run" copies of Mario Sports Superstars at retail will receive a free amiibo card from the said line of amiibo cards.

SpongicX, I hope we get a remake of Super Mario Sluggers on Nintendo Switch. If you look up Super Mario Sluggers on Nintendo Switch, you’ll see something that was released in 2018, but actually wasn’t.

Really surprised that Baby Mario's and Baby Luigi's Animations weren't SWITCHED they seem to fit their personalities more on the other brothers animation
I don't know why but everytime when the koopa is at the end with his mouth open, it always cracks me up. It's like when the boo gets the homerun he's just staring in unbelieve, and just saying: "You're kidding me now."

There are many animation taken from Mario Superstar Sluggers but I found the original game having more personality than on 3DS.
I miss when you can have a roster and chemistry thus you can do a buddy jump!
It's not the same without Bowser Jr's Paint Brush and Donkey Kong's Boxing Glove.
The field is too generic! Where is lava? Where are Piranha Plant?
Trivia: Rosalina is not playable in Mario Superstar Baseball or Mario Super Sluggers.
That's because Mario Superstar Baseball came out 2 years before Super Mario Galaxy.
Whether you agree or not, this is the game that came after Mario Super Sluggers for the Wii.

Fact: Scott Burns voices Bowser in this game.
Actual fact: Old voices are mixed with new voices in this game.
That's just incredibly lazy. You can't even get the current voices of the characters so you just reuse the old ones and hope no one notices. Also, literally everything in this game is taken directly from another. Even the new horse racing game, most of the animations there are taken directly from Mario and Sonic in its Equestrian event. I was actually exited for this game when it was announced but now I hate it with a passion.
They ALWAYS use old voices.
blazefan519 This is not even a full budget game (only $40) AND they tried to put 5 different sports into this, yet you are still calling them "lazy" for saving time? How entitled do you have to be to say something like this? Who cares if they reused voice clips and animations?
I do care about the voice clips. I don't mind them reusing them , but at least they should make it sound good , because that's not even hard. My issue is with characters like Rosalina who clearly is voiced by 2 voice actresses in the game and the voices don't even sound similar , they are like water and oil , they don't mix and therefore it sounds bad and lacks quality.

What a rushed game this was I mean nearly every voice is reused. As well as it is basically watered down versions of existing Mario sports games.

Kinda sad everyone uses bats, the kongs and petey added so much character, not to mention magikoopa lost his wand when fielding. At least they kept the goofy homerun dances though.

This game is so stupid, all they do is reuse all the same animations from other games, pile them up and call it a game on a new system.

The laziness put in this game is incomparable. To metal and pink gold peach in the game to reuse or redoing animations from world tour and super sluggers (it's extra lazy since super sluggers is around over 9 or 10 years old). I haven't played this game but I bet animations for tennis is reused from power tour, open, or ultra smash. And last I bet they somehow they take things from super strikers. This is the laziest mario sports game I ever seen. At least sports mix took the time to add ff, character make the sports, and everything else in between.
